I placed and paid for an order online - order # 16923505133043718. However, I did not include all of the needed items, entrees, and utensils. How can I edit, cancel, or contact somebody to rectify this situation? There is no online link to cancel or edit after entering the credit card information and submitting. Please contact me so we can rectify this situation.

Very disappointing app. First, it’s always wanting your location to find closest places. I happen to live near a Pei Wei, I don’t need to app to find for me. As for when I travel, I much prefer to find local restaurants. Next and most glaring omission is that none of the daily specials show up on the app. Its fine for checking points balance or finding locations but not much else. To get the specials you need to signup for emails - then they bombard you with daily emails - overkill marketing! I go maybe once every 2 months and no amount of specials will increase that. Too many other foods I like. I had to unsubscribe- just too many emails I don’t need. They could take a look at Starbucks to see how to build a useful app. I get one maybe 2 emails per week from Starbucks. Plenty enough to see the offers. But then all the offers are in the app so it’s even easier to see the recent deals. I like pei wei every so often but I hate the constant emails and I hate the app.

I haven’t ordered here in a while.. maybe a year or so. Have tried to login a 100x and it keeps saying my password is incorrect. And I used the thing where you see what you type. Use password reset, no email comes. Try to make new account, but can’t because it says I already have used my phone # which I can’t use that account anymore due to the above reasons. So now I just can’t use the app at all anymore I guess. Used to be able to do a guest checkout too, can’t do that anymore either. Guess I’ll just pass from now on because I have been sitting here for an hour trying to log in.

The app has a lot wrong with it, but I was burned with a meal recently and that's the last straw. Not the first time I have had issues with this chain. They implemented a new section with "tofu" and the default protein is chicken?! I mean the dish is even called tofu xx. Ignore any title you see in the app and configure your meal. Double check the description after your selections. When you pickup, open the bag and check each meal for accuracy. Pray they are not busy as they will most certainly be under staffed and you may as well just walk out in that case. Better to deal with your credit card company then to receive your refund.
