ProCam iPhone Issues and Solutions

How to fix ProCam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProCam app on iPhone
Update ProCam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProCam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProCam on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProCam network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ProCam Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ProCam not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProCam App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProCam » click [Force Stop]

Update ProCam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProCam App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProCam » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProCam.

Fix ProCam unable to contact server/ ProCam internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProCam » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProCam » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProCam
