Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NDI HX Capture app issues:

Force Stop the NDI HX Capture App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NDI HX Capture app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NDI HX Capture to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NDI HX Capture App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NDI HX Capture app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NDI HX Capture.

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
