How to fix Realm app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Realm app on iPhone
Update Realm app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Realm iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Realm on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Realm network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Realm app issues:

Force Stop the Realm App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Realm app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Realm to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Realm App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Realm app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Realm.

Fix Realm unable to contact server/ Realm internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Realm » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Realm » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Realm on android.
