- App is so broken that user can not even access the space to log in

- Popup keyboard appears mostly off screen so typing doesnt work

- Copy/pasting seems to be disabled

- Desktop website is also unhelpful about any kind of troubleshooting

- App will not allow retired employees to download unless they have a company email address
