Will not enter info just says none
I can't get NW publisher to install the update it presents when I open it. I have gone to the amazon store but it just goes back to the current program
my life and ministry schedule will not load the names of the publishers only the theme of the talks and time appears also the Duties will not load...This is happening to all in the congregation and started with January 2024
As an elder and secretary, my assignments and duties are not showing up on my nw.publisher app. What can I do to fix this? Thank you
We had issue and were told to disconnect and reconnect which we did but on my husbands kindle it shows that he has assignments but when you look it says Unknown he's an elder and has a lot of assignments but they aren't showing information I spoke with one of our elders and he doesn't know what to do either. Any ideas?
The app downloads,but will not open properly. it opens to a light green screen for about 2 seconds and then immediately closes.
My app no longer shows my assignments and duties. I've disconnected and reconnected and also deleted and reinstalled the app. The elder body has reloaded it from their end as well. We are all at a loss as to how to fix the issue

Hello, I am trying to set up the mobile app on my galaxy tab e ,but it won't open. I get the message 'unfortunately nw publisher has stopped'. Is this a spec issue, as it is an older tablet? Regards Bryan Streek
I’m have problems re installing the app it’s not allowing me to book cart shifts on the public witnessing section no reserve coming up
It has been trouble free till 2 days ago and what its doing now the app is showing on my screen and when I tap to pull it up it goes to the first screen but very quickly goes back to the icon and repeats that whenever the icon is tapped. I have powered down my iPad 2 times and deleted and reloaded the NWT app. 4 times to no avail.N. Started after latest Scheduler update to 7.0 Pls help. Thank you
app closes just as soon as it opens, it has been deleted and reinstalled but still the same problem Ipad mini 2 is compatible but not working. Has been suggested that there might be a glitch.

CONGRATULATIONS NWPublisher, has WONDERFUL app! SAD that it does NOT use Apple Computers.... ... SAD Only Apple Phone and Apple Tablets --- I Created something similar like you created along with all different type computers and phones. --- Again, your NWPublisher is VERY NICE.... HOPE in the Future it can be use With Apple Computers and ZOOM AGAIN CONGRATULATIONS
Hi there, unfortunately the app crashes as I try to add assignments to my calendar. Others in our congragation face the same issue. I use iOS Version 2.6.9 #169 Thanks for your help :)

Hello You're program is amazing... we've just started using it and everyone loves it. I was just asked by a Sister in my group to have a look at her mobile NW Publisher App which comes up with a message almost immediately after starting "NW Publisher keeps stopping xClose App !Send Feedback" She is the only one in the congregation with version 2.6.3 of the App I uninstalled on her phone and tried on her tablet... there was exactly the same error with this version of the App. Have you had others report issues with this version? Hi, I am trying to get an older brothers JWS app to work, it was fine until now, he has an iPad Air2, which is limited to iOS 12.5. Any ideas? I tried the apple play store, it just says “for iOS 13 and up”. Thanks.
