CSC GO Status

I am having difficulty logging out of my account please let me know what I need to do

Experiencing network issues while I'm in the middle of doing laundry.

Will not accept payment! Says “something went wrong” after putting in credit card info. :(

The app is having service issues and I can't log in

Will not process my depot card, says fraud, on hold call. I have used card on file to add funds before, had no problems. I am the one trying to charge it.

I have recently moved into crossings 820 fort worth Texas 76179. I have the app and phone is up to date.. installed but every time I try use the washing machines I get the Qr scan failed.

Phone freezes on homepage on phone

Constant issues: “machine in use please wait until this one is available or find another”. But the error message is always on available machines. We put in repair orders that take at least a month Dh to get resolved and the fix usually only lasts a few days before the error message applies again.

Declines all cc to add payment

All laundry rooms all washers and dryers are offline due to yesterdays power failure at apt 934gwv location

The CSC GO app is having trouble processing my payment but all the card information is correct and there is more than enough money on the card.

Not compatible

app isnt working, room is constantly down, machines arent able to be payed despite them being ready in the actual area, and when one finally IS available the app gets stuck on processing till socket timeout expires

When i touch my CSC GO app,a window pops up.Says.."Unfortunately csc go has stopped"Says "open app again or send feed back".I press open app again and says"csc go keeps stopping. I've uninstalled and reinstalled app 40 times.I powered phone off and on.My settings.."accept all permissions".My internet is great.I normally have blue tooth off but tried with it on.I use an android LG.Version 7.0.It worked previously for about 5 or 6 months.All my other apps are working. Just downloaded app on my Live (Jitterbug) android smartphone. It did download. It will not open, with messages similar to "csc go shutting down." Have reloaded app several times, no change.

App not working. Opens but just buffers.

When I try to login it keeps telling me I have no Internet connection and I do have Internet connection then it’s telling me I’m putting in the wrong email and I’m putting in the right email

Crashes every time I try to open it. Re-installed app, restarted phone, no luck. Clothes are dirty - please help! :(

App crashes immediately upon opening. Zero support from developers. They're quite happy to take your money like a bunch of robbing tools.

Apo keeps closing immediately after opening. I have re installed it twice today. No luck. HELP

CSC laundry app is garbage. Every time I try to do laundry, signing up via i-phone, or laptop, I jump through countless circle hoops, wanting to sign me up for a new account, before I manage to get into my existing account, see that I have a $9.50 balance, but cannot continue. This happens every time. I think It is less stressful and takes less time to get one or two rolls of quarters from the grocery store.

I need the app to do laundry in my new building, but Google Play store says "This app is not compatible with your device." Unfortunately, this means I need to purchase a new phone just to do laundry. Can someone tell me what other devices are not compatible please? This should be on the site somewhere if not all devices are compatible.

on mycscgo app keep showing processing I have $11
