Why is the app having connection issues
The subtitles is playing in the story and I wanted to shut it off but I can't how do I shut it off
Ads spin for a long time. Some times they time out and sometimes they play. If they play sometimes they will open a second screen of play store but when I go back to wehear the screen is frozen, no points after watching ads.😒😒
Hey I tried booting up the app today before work starts and nothing would load, it just kept saying 'server exception' no matter how many times I tapped refresh and I tried force stopping the app and clearling the cache it still wasn't working, not even 3hrs after the first time I tried booting it up, if there is a way I can fix this please 1. tell me how, and 2. Put up a guide telling ur users how to fix it.

Will not let me watch ads, it's saying, NO ADS AVAILABLE YET. to get your point for watching the 20 ads to watch a day and it won't even let me hit the treasure test that gives you credit for watching ads

For the past few days when I receive extra coins by watching ads, We hear plays the chapter I last listened to. This is very annoying.. If it happens today, it will be three days in a row. Help please

I have had Wehear on my android for almost a year now. For the past two weeks every time I open the app it comes up to the month, day, and year page as if I'm opening the app for the first time. It doesn't matter where I am or what time it is it absolutely will not let me into my current page. I have over 200 bonus points that are going to expire shortly if I can't access my account. I'm also in the middle of book 3 of a series. I don't want to lose my progress by possibly opening another account.
