Condado Tacos Reviews

We visited the Toledo, Ohio restaurant on Saturday, May 7th to celebrate my sons college graduation. Other restaurants we had called placed time restrictions on our visit, wanted to charge for room rental and/or give us a limited menu…Condado’s did NONE of that! They were MORE than accommodating and Shay (our server) absolutely ROCKED it!! I would recommend Condado’s to anyone!! We WILL be back!! Thank you for helping to make our celebration even more special!!

First time at Condado and the food didn’t disappoint. Wasn’t too sure about the service in the beginning as we sat at the bar without any acknowledgement for a little over 5 minutes - the bar was less than half full. We finally got spotted and everything went uphill from there! The seasonal Pear Margarita was excellent! The tacos were large, not street tacos. My husband and I shared 3 tacos and half a trio dip and we were full. We loved that most of the tacos had a soft shell over the hard shell. We will definitely go back!

We love to try new places and this is an awesome new spot … Food was delicious and the drinks were as well … Staff is very attentive and we’re happy with the experience over all … We’ll definitely come back … Keep it up y’all !!!

The food at this restaurant is amazing. My one star is for CondadoTacos itself. If you intend on just using it for takeout ordering it is perfect. Works every time. But if you plan on using the rewards and promotions forget about it. Promotions will occasionally be hidden. Saved cash will not show up. And the promotions that do show up are either dine in only or takeout only or delivery only, but it will not say which it is and the restaurant will not honor it whatsoever.

We come here at least once a week, sometimes more! Mike is always so nice and recognizes us and provides the best service. Everyone there is so friendly and makes it such a great atmosphere.

I put the wrong bday and it’s not letting me change it that’s really my only complains

I downloaded CondadoTacos because Condado is huge in my city. It had a rebate for a free taco because I signed up with CondadoTacos but the waitress wasn’t able to take the free taco off my receipt at the restaurant so I ended up paying full price for the taco I thought would be free. Not a great start to using their app if it doesn’t allow me to use coupons in the restaurants instead of ordering online…

Who uses an automated system for a pickup order? Literally makes no sense from a customer experience pov. Went to go pickup tacos and it was over an hour wait after I got the text saying they were ready it would be so much easier to have a restaurant say they were ready instead of sending you a message at the scheduled pick up time

We ate at Condado for the first time and loved it! Our server Alexis W was amazing! She gave us great recommendations and was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

We have eaten there twice, and it’s been amazing both times! Our server, Jacob, made excellent recommendations, and we ask for him now. Top notch!!

Thank god for fake emails and fake phone numbers. Not only are you required to give both your phone number and email so that they can sell your info to Fill your inbox’s with ads. The in app ordering doesn’t work. Seems they abandon CondadoTacos and took my info. Thank god it’s fake good luck sending me ads ✌🏻

All the food is good here, very friendly staff. Most importantly you get your food quickly.

Our server Dustin at the Noblesville location was awesome! Service was great & food was delicious as usual. Will definitely be back!

The food, staff and the environment here are all wonderful. My fiancé and I are absolutely mindblown. The Mexican horchata is also to die for!

The food, drinks and overall atmosphere is great! I joined CondadoTacos thinking I could get rewards quickly since I eat there a lot! But CondadoTacos doesn’t work.. It tracks how many points you’ve earned since downloading CondadoTacos . I’ve gotten over 500 points but yet I’m still a side kick. I know it’s a newer app and there’s still bugs to fix within it. However I’ve even brought it up to a manager at my local condados that CondadoTacos isn’t working properly but haven’t seen a change.

The food is fantastic. I’ve had a bowl and create your own tacos!

I love that the menu clearly marks what foods are gluten fee and which are not. My wife has celiac so I’m always pleased when the menu is concise. 10/10 recommend.

Only real complaint is the music was a bit too loud.

Hostess were nice and greeted us when we came in. Zack our waiter was great and patient with my 3 kids and my husband who was on the phone we we first got there. Gave us drink and food recommendations when we asked what he suggested. Over all happy with the experience.

Ambiance good
Service poor waited for over an hour for four tacos after several people sat after us and ordered after us.
Bus boy actually took our initial appetizer order after seeing us sit for so long. Tacos were somewhat average so didn’t understand why it took so long. We will try them again and hope for a better experience

Today some friends and myself were at the Kalamazoo location for lunch. No surprise to us the food was on point!! Even better our server, Gavin, was excellent!! Thanks for the awesome experience.

I installed CondadoTacos to place a delivery order and since then I’ve gotten about 1 ad an hour via notification from CondadoTacos . There is not immediately noticeable way to turn the ads off from CondadoTacos , so you have to do it from the iOS settings app and disable all notifications for CondadoTacos .

Had to uninstall shortly after opening because I was stuck on a repeating “that phone number is already in use” screen. There’s no way to go back to the top menu from there!

I closed CondadoTacos , reopened to the same screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled to the same screen (cloud backup maybe?). Lastly I restarted my phone and that worked.

The menu choices that soft-locked me on that screen were start new account when I already had one. Couldn’t click back to login to existing account.

My real rating of CondadoTacos is 4/5. But you should seriously fix that issue!

Fir first time. Absolutely outstanding. Will go back over and over again.

Arrived and seated. Waited 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge that we were here. Specialty margaritas were very expensive small and I feel I could have made a better one at home with high quality ingredients for less money. On the plus side food was very good.

I really like the atmosphere, menu and food. I’ll be back again. My brother and dad also liked it.

This is my second visit to Condado and it’s not just because it’s literally within walking distance from my home…..the food and service is wonderful. Some reviews are not that favourable and the only thing I can think of that would warrant such a review is if those people came on a weekend when Condado's is the busiest and short staffed which happens everywhere now since Covid so please over look those reviews and give them a try. It’s worth a visit. ❤️

I have eaten at my neighbors Condado several times and the appetizers, drinks, tacos, and bowls have all been fantastic. I appreciate their recyclable bowls and plates but I DETEST eating my bowls with a SPORK!! You need to get better utensils for customers to use!

We just had dinner for the first time at your restaurant tonight! Completely blown away with our server and the manager! I asked Jordan to help me order since we’ve never been there and he took so much time with us even though the place was packed! Food was delicious but the atmosphere and staff made it a most enjoyable night! We will see you soon

Great greeting, lovely server, excellent food, approached several times (without being obnoxious) on how everything was. We loved it and will absolutely be back. Best surprise, the braised beef brisket taco. No fat - all the flavor. Also the Lucy’s fire was super good. Slightly spicy but not too much. Street corn guacamole was amazing too. Cool venue. Sat outside with our small dog and weren’t treated like lepers.
Just go.

This is my second time at the Mentor location and it does not disappoint!! Such a great experience both times! Erica was AMAZING!! I’m so glad I came back…brought my husband this time and neither of us left hungry! Food portions leave you enough for lunch the next day! We’ll definitely be back…and bring more friends!!

Fabulous service. The food and drinks were quick to come out. Alesia was friendly , warm and informative on the many options for tequila. The food was amazing and the margaritas where the best in the area.

It was My Husband and I first visit to Condado, and let me tell you, we will be back, there are many options or shall I say selections of food and how you want it. Service is great and very professional. Thanks
