Terrible App

The food at this restaurant is amazing. My one star is for the app itself. If you intend on just using it for takeout ordering it is perfect. Works every time. But if you plan on using the rewards and promotions forget about it. Promotions will occasionally be hidden. Saved cash will not show up. And the promotions that do show up are either dine in only or takeout only or delivery only, but it will not say which it is and the restaurant will not honor it whatsoever.

I downloaded this app because Condado is huge in my city. It had a rebate for a free taco because I signed up with the app but the waitress wasn’t able to take the free taco off my receipt at the restaurant so I ended up paying full price for the taco I thought would be free. Not a great start to using their app if it doesn’t allow me to use coupons in the restaurants instead of ordering online…

Who uses an automated system for a pickup order? Literally makes no sense from a customer experience pov. Went to go pickup tacos and it was over an hour wait after I got the text saying they were ready it would be so much easier to have a restaurant say they were ready instead of sending you a message at the scheduled pick up time
