How to fix Mimika app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Mimika app on iPhone
Update Mimika app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mimika iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Mimika on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Mimika network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Mimika Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Mimika not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Mimika App
1. On android, goto Settings » Mimika » click [Force Stop]

Update Mimika to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mimika App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Mimika » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Mimika.

Fix Mimika unable to contact server/ Mimika internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Mimika » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Mimika » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
