You charge me $45.87 on 4-12-25 on my Capital one Card. I did not buy anything from you, this is a mistake; PLEASE CREDIT ME at ONCE. I will reported as a fraudulent charge, today.
I did not sign up for this...charged me $76.49 and I have no idea what it is for. They are telling me to cancel from Mimika or Youth. If I had never heard of them, why would I have their app? They can't even tell me which one I need to cancel from. This is fraud.

Hello I noticed charges on my my visa card of 19.99 on March 5, 2024, and again on April 5, 2024. Please stop this as I did not make these these purchases - I have contacted my attorney. I request that these two charges be put back on my account, and that you cease and desist any future withdraws. I wish you no ill will, however, I will not pay for something I did not purchase. In addition to that amount, I was charged $9.99 twice for a Mimika e-book that I did not agree to purchase, nor authorized payments for. 1. Invoice # ABB56EEF-15418 Mimika ebook $9.99 Receipt # 2295-9409 I sent a message and received a text message back on Sunday2/18/2024, at 1:12 pm, advising me that a Customer Service Representative would assist me in the next 24 hours. During the weakened, this time may extend. Ok, fine, but as of 8:02 pm yesterday nobody contacted me. So I sent a text message in reply to the original one asking somebody to contact me ASAP. Please cancel my subscription altogether as it appears that your Customer Service is non-existent and I do no appreciate being ignored when you cheat me out of my money. Cancel !! I barely tried & in Sept & have tried cancelling since!! Credit Card sent me an Alert & NO I did Not approve a renewal .

This app does not work also does not have a profile or page to cancel. This is a fraud. I did not sign up for repeated charges. You don't let anyone cancel and you keep charging I want a refund
I have contacted the support. They asked about my email address to verify me, so I did. Now they're claiming there is no such e-mail in their users list and keep charging me every month

I subscribed to the $69 a year option, but kept getting an expired subscription notice, so I am unable to actually use it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing the app as well as restarting my iphone to no avail - it keeps giving me an error when I try to restore the purchase and in my subscriptions it keeps showing a yearly subscription - VERY disappointing and needless to say very difficult to get support or a refund … looked like a really cool app, but pointless if u cant use it … hope I can at least get my $69 back!!

I pay for a year subscription when I try to use the app . There is a requirement to pay again. I need my money back. There is no contact information. No confirmation of your purchase but they received your money this is operating as a spam.
