Near to impossible to get support!

I subscribed to the $69 a year option, but kept getting an expired subscription notice, so I am unable to actually use it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Mimika as well as restarting my iphone to no avail - it keeps giving me an error when I try to restore the purchase and in my subscriptions it keeps showing a yearly subscription - VERY disappointing and needless to say very difficult to get support or a refund … looked like a really cool app, but pointless if u cant use it … hope I can at least get my $69 back!!

I pay for a year subscription when I try to use Mimika . There is a requirement to pay again. I need my money back. There is no contact information. No confirmation of your purchase but they received your money this is operating as a spam.

I trialed Mimika face yoga and immediately cancelled to ensure I wouldn’t be charged. I always do this now before I decide if I like something, if I do, I subscribe properly (but that’s rarely the case) to avoid being charged a ridiculous amount for something I’m probably not going to use. However, was charged anyway! I contacted them for refund and to ensure cancellation, which they did. This month, I have been charged again. They claim it is for another subscription I know nothing about called Mimika Academy (which is a scam through a third party) they claim I signed up for this also and it ‘does not align with their policy to refund more than once’ they won’t even confirm cancellation! I have since complained on Trust Pilot and heard back from the real company who have informed me it’s a third party and nothing to do with them. I can see this has happened to a lot of other people too. I have been on this other ‘company’ constantly for my money back but now they are just ignoring me… but I don’t back down. So I am contacting my bank to report fraud. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS APP AS IT COMES WITH TOO MANY FINANCIAL RISKS AND TOO MUCH STRESS… STRESS=LOOKING WORSE THAN YOU DID BEFORE! Get Botox.

I am trying to cancel my subscription because I didn‘t achieve the results they propose and it‘s simply too expensive. Cancellation on their app doesn‘t work. I repeatedly contacted the customer service to inform them that I would like cancel the subscription which, according to their bylaws is enough. However, they keep sending me a cancellation link that doesn‘t work either instead of simply confirming that I cancelled my subscription. This should not be so difficult! I am outraged and I think this all is a scam to get people stuck with their fees. Don‘t sign up for this service! You will not get out of it!

I can support the many comments about poor customer service. I have sent over 20 requests to cancel my subscription and they send a link that doesn’t work. I finally contacted my bank and lodged a dispute to get a refund. Instead of making my face look better this app has added to my stress. I agree that it is some sort of scam. Please don’t subscribe.
