I subscribed to the $69 a year option, but kept getting an expired subscription notice, so I am unable to actually use it. I tried uninstalling and re-installing Mimika as well as restarting my iphone to no avail - it keeps giving me an error when I try to restore the purchase and in my subscriptions it keeps showing a yearly subscription - VERY disappointing and needless to say very difficult to get support or a refund … looked like a really cool app, but pointless if u cant use it … hope I can at least get my $69 back!!

I pay for a year subscription when I try to use Mimika . There is a requirement to pay again. I need my money back. There is no contact information. No confirmation of your purchase but they received your money this is operating as a spam.

Was looking for more of what the ad promoted: facial exercises. Instead the focus was more on skin care and pricey upselling.

I just paid for the special yearly subscription of $29.99 yesterday and am not happy with Mimika …I want to cancel the subscription and want a refund…

These exercises surprised and shocked me. It's that simple! But when you feel your facial muscles, your face starts to look better. And the complexion has also changed, it has become healthier and more natural, and the contour is clearer. It's magical!

I can support the many comments about poor customer service. I have sent over 20 requests to cancel my subscription and they send a link that doesn’t work. I finally contacted my bank and lodged a dispute to get a refund. Instead of making my face look better this app has added to my stress. I agree that it is some sort of scam. Please don’t subscribe.
