2 years agoHello AABB, I love the idea of your wallet but for some reason I am having problems verifying myself with the KYC....I uploaded all the necessary documents, but when I go to submit, it just loads and loads and does nothing. Please help, I would love to use your wallet, but this is frustrating.

2 years agoHave tried signing up however the KYC part it does not accept what email I put into the field, it just won't take any as a valid email address? Being using the same ones for over 20 years. Just don't get it?

What is really going on here?
I am/was excited to have a crypto/gold exchange option for my investments. Seems like the best combination of two worlds, so much that I’m very interested in Asia Broadband as a company. However when a basic electrum wallet interface can’t even see or use my funds for over 3 days and counting, I’m suddenly concerned that I just lost all the crypto I sent to it. Hopefully my seed phrase works somewhere else cause I think this platform is a lost cause. Sad. **** Update to previous app version has solved my problem. I have not since repeated a deposit but was able to easily purchase AABB coin with my previous deposit. Thank you developers
