How to fix Posh app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Posh app on iPhone
Update Posh app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Posh iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Posh on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Posh network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Posh Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Posh not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Posh App
1. On android, goto Settings » Posh » click [Force Stop]

Update Posh to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Posh App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Posh » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Posh.

Fix Posh unable to contact server/ Posh internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Posh » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Posh » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
