For some reason Posh allows you to activate the ticket that you bought. I wanted to check my ticket was real so I used the scanner they provided. I show up to the event and they say someone else already activated the ticket so I couldn’t get in. Why do you have a ticket scanner/ activation in your app?! Please fix this.

App is awful as a ticket holder. I can no longer go to the concert I paid $130 for and it will not allow me to transfer my tickets to a friend so they can use them. I’m just out $130 and the event organizer will not respond to any questions. Never again with Posh.

I use hide my email with apps like this so I can track who sells my info. After I signed up with this app I started getting email from promoters that I never signed up for, turned out this app sells your info. Either don’t install Posh or make sure you use hide my email so you can deactivate whenever you want.

I never take my time to write a review but I have the worst experience using Posh, at first everything went well and I posted an event using Posh, the event went “live” and even tho my costumers could pay the ticket I couldn’t transfer the money to my account because I needed to send a bank statement which I submitted for 4-5 times I tried to delete the event and there is no way you can pause it when it goes live. I tried to contact and call support at least 20 times and the only response I get is a recording telling me they will reach back on me which makes me think that I will have to pay my costumers tickets out of my pocket and the money they paid will be scammed, the worst support team.

Came here because I saw an ad but it’s just another ticketing app 🤷🏼‍♂️

Ad has a lot of features that aren’t actually built - seems a lil sketchy to do that but I guess that’s marketing in 2023

Cool concept..
Functionality is questionable.

Tried to put a description of my event and couldn’t post it because the “post” button disappeared.

Erased the info to try to add it later after posting.

There’s no way on Posh for you to edit your event that you’ve posted. You also can’t delete the event. Both are necessary features, odd to not include it.

The only info available seems to be a redundant amount of ways to see a guest list or tickets.

App could use some work.

I’ve been using this app to run my events business for a year now, and it’s better than any other alternative I’ve used in the past. The tech is seamless, the UI is very presentable, and the team is always very responsive to questions or new feature updates. What makes this app special is the ability to host both free RSVP and ticketing events. If you want to make the event free RSVP, but then add paid tickets later, you can do that with the click of a button.

East to navigate, low service fees on customers. Love the format of the event site, with cool addition of utilizing music to create vibe and attendee count. Great work this app.

Great, streamlined features with intuitive UI and an amazing customer service team! Constant updates and best yet. The lowest percentage fees out there! One it’s best features is the rolling pay outs making sure you get your money in a timely fashion! Looking forward to see what this company and app evolves to.

I have been using this app for a few years now. The team is responsive and the UX is great. I love that I can use the same platform for events that I charge tix for and also for free RSVP events. Everything flows well and I’ll continue to use their platform.

this app is the easiest way to promote and properly ticket for your events, having thrown 10+ events on the platform, it’s the easiest to use out of anything. I constantly get compliments over the service and how little hassle it is. Compare this to horrible ticketing platforms like tixr or 24tix it’s night and day.

We have used this app for over a year already and we have never been so happy with a ticketing platform. Now every place we try to host an event at, we mention it to the venues. I understand why it has grown so much in popularity recently… its too good. The application is super user friendly and informative. You can see and analyze data from your events that will help you understand how your crowd (from different cities or the same in different dates) work when it comes to selling tickets. There are also a lot of other tools that facilitate your journey through ticketing. We really recommend this app over any other ticketing platform, and we hope you jump on the train because people is finally starting to realize it’s the best ticketing platform out there.
