nothing but scams. everyone is a scam. not one person is looking for love, not one person is looking for courtship, not one person has filled their promise.

It WILL start with a "tribute fee"
then it WILL go up to pay for hotel
then it WILL go up because they will make up every single excuse to grab another cent out of you. no gas, broken car, get me food, meanwhile you haven't even met them one time.

at no point did i find someone who didn't just demand payment. even though i haven't met one person. and i've talked to 40 DIFFERENT PEOPLE.

seriously it is to the point that i would have to suspect the developer themself is running all the accounts you see. not a single person is real not a single person wants you.

Every person you contact is a person trying to steal from you! Look out! They’re all SCAMMERS!! I did some research into some of the people I had met and they are all from India. The people you talk to say they are from the same state and will only ask you where you are from first… I tried asking one person where they were from after I caught on to what was happening and they said no you first and then started blaming and accusing me of all these crazyyy things. App developers don’t even apologize. I payed money for your app that’s a complete form of theft. The advertisement for KINKPeople is wrong in every way. Please if you are looking to download read the reviews!! There’s no reason it should be 4.5 stars. Complete scam and I really want my money back.

I go out of my account by accident and now I can’t return, they said there is something wrong with my email and I tried everything but didn’t work

They tell you that it’s free h the to use, it’s not. It’s only a three day trial and you can only access that by entering payment. The age old way of screwing people out of money because they’re gonna forget to cancel after 3 days.

Far to many scammers, any potential KINKPeople could have is completely ruined by the lack enforcement. Pretty on the surface but ugly underneath. Do not waist your time. KINKPeople also promotes stalking as you can see exact location. I wouldn’t feel safe recommending it to anyone in my local kink community. The local clubs arnt likely to add themselves to the business section either as it would be unsafe.

Not sure who writes positive reviews, KINKPeople doesn’t properly works on iPhone, can’t add profile descriptions, it’s annoyingly asked my for subscription before i even created a profile. Like seriously? I might be wrong, but atm ai think it’s an attempt to trick people to subscribe at least once, and pump traffic to KINKPeople with made-up reviews. Don’t recommend.

Update: after developer’s response, im convinced its 100% waste of time/money. Just use fetlife, so im deleting KINKPeople

Wasn’t impressed at all. To many scammers. I tried this twice and I find it lacking. There’s really not a lot you can do about deceitful individuals, I don’t have the time to constantly block and report them. I don’t like the “tribute” part on profiles or allowing cash app tags to be displayed. Those keywords should be removed from KINKPeople . I came here to find a bdsm partner, not to swindled by criminals. I’ll pass, until it gets addressed.

Re: the problem is allowing Findom. It’s a rip off. Platforms should not allow it, it’s only encouraging dishonest folks to take advantage of the honest ones. I’m not saying your platform isnt good, I’m just saying Findom should be excused from the platform itself. It’s a total rip off and scammers know this. I stand behind what I’ve said, I’ve read your response and now I’m concluding it with my thought. As a non VIP member, there should be more allowances for nonpaying members. Yes I am still testing your platform, I may or may not subscribe. Time will tell. My experience so far hasn’t been the greatest. I’m not expecting divine intervention, every community has issues of some kind and yours happens to be findom in general and that’s my own personal observation. My rating stands. Good luck in your platform.

Really REALLY need to do something about the amount of scammers on here. When you’re legit looking for a partner and you get someone wanting you to invest in crypto or bitcoin you get kind of mad because you just wasted your time. Especially if you call them out on using a literal porn stars photo and they dance around the subject. I also saw someone using Tom Cruise as their pictures?? The developers need to fix this and make sure when a profile is a spam or a scam. I thought I’d found a good app to find a bdsm partner on, and all I got was “download this and invest in bitcoin!” Or “will send you $2,000 but oh wait, give $98 first” no?? And if you say no or call them out they get really mad and accuse you of not being serious when you’re the one who’s serious and don’t want their scam. Also the one guy putting he wants to be ”kindnaped” on everyone’s pictures is annoying!!! Dude no one is gonna kindnap you. Calm down, and it’s kidnap*

App works well, not buggy, easy to use. The problem is the swarm of fake profiles, scams abound on KINKPeople. It’s a shame, it could be a great app but until photo verification is added then it’s a waste of time. To the developers, when you add photo verification I’ll try KINKPeople again. Until then sorry guys.

Not many real or verified people on here. Mostly all scammers and people trying to get your information. I even used some credits to talk to someone because I do not have a subscription and they got removed. In turn, lost my coins for a fake profile. Would not recommend to anyone unless the fake profiles can be controlled. App is no fun if you can’t do anything because it asks for credits and then uses them for fake accounts. Truly sad.

100 contacts. 2 real people, 98 scammers. Note that profiles show a country but not a city or state. This allows the scammers (and there are many) to ask where you are located. If you answer first - surprise - they live nearby and will come see you if you are dumb enough to send them some money first. That has to be an intentional feature serving the scam community. The site will remove the scam profiles when reported, but they are back up with the same pictures the same day.

Search function is busted and out of date

Community is filled with scams and other unsettling folk to coax you off site

Support “just block then and report” doesn’t work if they didn’t make multiple accounts

Half if not more if the user base isn’t real: if real they’re either getting folks to their snap, only fans or whatever.

The public wall is full of soliciting money got favors read “block and report” doesn’t stop it either way.

The “Free” version is a joke, full of adds and apparently you can’t message anyone? Devs feel free to correct this one with your reply.

Dating sites and apps (of any sort) are horrible. The technology laden era we live in it should be a lot easier and it isn’t until things change security and better free, premium offers, and greed are less prevalent. Devs fix your app it has potential make it what it could be not what it is. Modern features, moderation, security all need to be overhauled.

I was removed from KINKPeople because a bunch of scammers reported me for reporting them. Now I can’t get back on KINKPeople . Speaking of scammers, I have never seen an app with so many scammers and spammers and just plain criminals on it before. I even had a friend who was blackmailed by someone on here and that person had multiple profiles. Tell me how does that happen? KINKPeople should be removed from KINKPeople store.

Pretty good at nice people gonna do a lot of promoting now to get coins, which is not too bad. We’ll see how it goes.
