How to fix Wushi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wushi app on iPhone
Update Wushi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wushi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wushi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wushi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wushi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wushi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wushi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wushi » click [Force Stop]

Update Wushi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wushi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wushi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wushi.

Fix Wushi unable to contact server/ Wushi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wushi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wushi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Wushi
