Been using this for a month or so. No issues. Today was going to save a video from Twitter.opened the app, but the proper interface won't open? It's as if it vanished? How do I get to the download interface?

I downloaded the program May 17 and it worked fine. (version 2.9.1) Now the upgrade version 3.0 doesn't work. Now you can't download any video just play. I paid for the premium edition I hope this can be fixed
