How to fix Whisper app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Whisper app on iPhone
Update Whisper app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Whisper iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Whisper on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Whisper network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Whisper not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Whisper app issues:

Force Stop the Whisper App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Whisper app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Whisper to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Whisper App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Whisper app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Whisper.

Fix Whisper unable to contact server/ Whisper internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Whisper » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Whisper » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Whisper on android.
