Someone, I don't know who, used my phone number for their account. The only thing I can do is add funds to my phone which gives whatever person set my phone number up access to the funds. I sent in the requested documents Securus asked me to provide to fix it and 3 months later and daily calls have not been successful or helped in any way. They have been sued before, time for a class action lawsuit. They are horrible and do not have customer service that cares at all, they are rude and hang up, no supervisors available. The list goes on and on. Also, I have Tmobile and calls are not coming in at all past 6pm when my loved one tries to call over and over. He can get through to everyone else in the family. I have a new Android Samsung phone. I am so over it. No resolution in site.

I am STILL waiting for call back after 4 days!! I have now deleted account, hoping I can still receive the FREE calls from my inmates! I even tried opening new account and then it says my phone number already exists. when I tried using securus it also kept asking me to put phone number in correct form, but didn't show or even allow me to change anything! HORRIBLE SERVICE after having had decent service for a couple of years.

I've been trying to do this for months to send my brother photos. Every time I put in my expiration date it tells me to put in a correct expiration date I've tried it in every format I can think of. Please help

Everytime I click on the securus app icon I get the same message "ERROR SOMETHING WENT WRONG PLEASE TRY AGAIN" So I completely uninstalled it, reinstalled it and still got the same error message. How do I fix this?? Please , someone help me!!!!

Says “failed account” whenever I make a new email and password and says to call customer service which I did and the guy didn’t listen to my info properly cause I still can’t sign in.
I have used every credit card I have. So I went to Walmart and bought a reloadable VISA card and this message keeps popping up and not allowing me to purchase stamps. I have emailed and called multiple times and no one can fix the problem. They are losing money using this app We are unable to process your request. Please ensure your billing address and credit card information is correct. If correct, contact your Bank or Credit Card company.
DID ANYONE GET THEIR ISSUES SOLVED??? I'm having the same issue as everyone else. Saying my password and email are wrong and giving me error code 101. I've been trying to set up an account for months but it says the same thing everyone's saying ...I've probably sent 30 emails they won't respond ....customer service just hangs up on me blatant spit in the face they don't care they know there's nowhere else for us to go ...bullshit...they're the real criminals
I can't send pictures anymore. It comes up with a warning about this. I have sent pictures for years. This is your problem. FIX IT. These are regular photos and ARE NOT rejected by the prison. You can't send them. PERIOD.

I’m having the same issues as everyone else. Email is invalid, which I’ve been using for months now. I’ve even tried creating a new account still doesn’t work. I’m confused as to what was the point of merging Jpay to Securus only to have all these technical problems. Now I have no way to even contact my love one. This is beyond upsetting. Wow

I’ve been contacting secures since October 18th my account isn’t working I can’t buy stamps on emessaging or I can’t set up a video visit they still haven’t tried to help me correct this problem I email and call secures everyday no solution to the problem at all

Using app. Says invalid username and password all night when I try to log on. Called Customer service and it automatically disconnects when you are transferred to a representative. I tried to create new account it says unable to set up and need to call customer service, unable to update password due to system advising my email is not in system. I’ve been using this app for almost a year and I’ve maintained the same username n password. I know my loved one just received his tablet yesterday so maybe the influx in usage of tablets is causing a crash due to the system experiencing an overload. There’s got to be a better resolution when everything we hope to have available to speak to our love ones is money being wasted due to system failures.

Securus keeps telling me I entered a wrong email/password. I know both are correct. I'm relieved to know it's not just me, but COME ON Securus. We are already so limited with the contact we have with our loved ones. :(

Looks like there's an issue with everyone trying to log on. It's coming up with invalid email or password. Try not to worry guys..Securus is probably down for most people.
