Follow these steps to resolve intermittent P3 app issues:

Force Stop the P3 App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click P3 app. » click "Force Stop".

Update P3 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear P3 App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "P3 app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch P3.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click P3 » "Force Stop".

Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
