I love the idea of CSCGO, I hate having to lug around laundry and stress over having enough quarters for laundry. I thought this was the answer. But CSCGO spends 80% of the time “processing” and is unable to read the company provided QR codes and doesn’t accept the machine number like it says it will. So instead it adds to frustration. Today I spent 15 minutes fumbling around CSCGO opening, closing and scanning and rescanning with my clothes covered in soap until I ultimately had to leave my laundry unattended to go scrounge up change.

CSCGO doesn’t work on my iPhone 8. When I go to pay, the “my wallet” section hides the pay button, and even trying to bypass that by sliding up on the screen to access the pay button doesn’t allow me to click it. I added money to my account already, so now I’m out money I can’t use on CSCGO , and since the system was installed, the regular coin option isn’t working reliably, causing the machines not to register each coin and eating money. Fix the pay screen, please, so people can actually use it.

CSCGO doesn’t work with me, or anyone else in my apartment complex. I’ve scanned the QR codes, entered the machine names, deleted and reinstalled CSCGO , and re-entered the complex address multiple times (before I put quarters in) for months since they abandoned the old CSC app. I’ve even called and sat on hold for 45 minutes for a customer service rep to assure me that someone would be there to fix it…in a few weeks when they can update software. My building manager has even called them but they say it’s fixed. You know how hard quarters are to come by?
I hate CSCGO.

I download CSCGO as a promotion to receive five dollars, but it was not because I wanted a free five dollars as a reason for downloading CSCGO . I download CSCGO because I am a professional truck driver traveling across America and rather than having a pocket full of quarters I thought this would be easier. This is not easier and has taken money from my account over $10 to be exact which may not seem like a lot, but when you’re on the open road 24 seven and you don’t even have a chance to shower or launder it’s a huge issue. Do not download CSCGO.

PLEASE FIX THIS! Two weeks in a row I have loaded up my laundry and detergent powder and then it won’t start. I have to dig my laundry out, getting powder everywhere. It seems like only 2 out of 8 machines are actually working right now for hundreds of people! This is beyond frustrating. I never had a problem with the old app. Now I can only wash one load at a time and my relaxing evening plans are ruined so that every 25 minutes I can put on all my winter stuff to go throw in another load. Of which I have plenty because this also happened last week!!! Awful!!!!

If you are like me you are pressed for time, this month for example I only have 2 hours set aside in a month to do laundry, then FORGET about CSCGO, it always seems to not work at the most inconvenient times. Like right now, it somehow took my payment perfectly fine, no issue, but now that I want to actually scan the QR codes and use the dryers it has to give me all kinds of errors. So what? I’m just supposed to let my clothes sit until next month when I can get them? Useless app, by useless people. There is nothing wrong with letting us pay cash, but God forbid!

I was so excited when my building set CSCGO up for us so we could quit with the insanely outdated quarter laundry. CSCGO is a huge disappointment. The time predictions they advertise are never accurate, the machines take FOREVER to respond once you pay, and often since the report on available machines is connected to time, you’ll haul your laundry down to the basement only to find CSCGO was wrong and nothing is available. Such a disappointment and I’ve emailed them three times with no response at all. If you are a building manager shopping for an app to use with your machines I would avoid this one.

The apartments I live at used to use a different company that managed the washers and dryers and it worked perfectly. There are 24 washers, and as many dryers. Ever since they switched the CSC it has been a nightmare. CSCGO only recognizes 6 of the washers, and guess which ones sit with laundry inside of them all day? Not a problem, there are 18 other washing machines, but oops, CSCGO doesn’t recognize any of the other. Oh, no… I can PAY for the machines, don’t worry. Will they turn on and wash my clothes? NO! But of course, functioning machines is only a passing concern. Stealing money is the number one priority for CSC, and they are doing a great job at that!

Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional bug incorrectly scans empty, functional equipment as “in use” — these washrooms are locked and the only two dryers I have access to are regularly out of order because of this bug. There are no other ways to pay for the dryers and washers because the apartments have switched to CSCGO, and now there is regularly no way to wash clothes & linens, and there is no way to know ahead of time whether this bug will be in effect or not. For people without cars to drive to a laundromat, this is an incredibly serious problem and CSC should have prioritized the solution.

Great app to use the machines, HOWEVER LOTS AND LOTS OF ISSUES that really messes us the customer a lot, for example washing machine works but none of the dyer, washing machine taking the money and claiming it has 0 min left even though u just paid for it (also start button doesnt work) in the past before we were forced to use CSCGO, even though it was a hassle there wasnt as much issues with the machines. I understand that CSCGO is new, it appeared around 8 months ago but pls FIX the bugs and issues or at least give us a different option of using your machines.
P.S i would had given CSCGO a 3-4 star as it is useful however i am currently studying for finals but now have to deal with a basket of wet clothes with no way to use the dryers as CSCGO is bugged out, so yah. Again pls fix CSCGO many students are relying on it on campuses for clean clothes. Overall have a nice day.

Great app in theory. I have lived in this apartment building for about four months and have had about five successful loads of laundry completed. However, it’s an absolute nightmare the rest of the time. There are two main issues:
- If CSCGO glitches and takes your money without starting the machine, you have to fill out an excessively long form to get a refund… which is send via a check in the mail.
- If anything goes wrong with the connection, the machines STOP WORKING ALTOGETHER. There’s no way to override CSCGO ’s and device’s control with coins or any other method. I’m only aware of a single week where the machines worked. This is an 18 story building and the laundry machines are almost constantly out of order, not because of broken machines but because they can’t be started without CSCGO ’s integration working properly. I’m literally doing laundry in my sink and drying them with a box fan. Repair delays may be longer than usual due to COVID-19 and I sympathize with that, but for the love of everything, give a way for management to override needing CSCGO.

I was able to add money to my account one time. I’ve been trying to add more money for weeks and I can’t get any return communication from support, I can’t get CSCGO to work, and there is no website to load money on, as it directs you right back to the malfunctioning app. If I want to pick a machine I have to use the qr scanner from the quick menu on my phone, I can’t actually pick, scan, tap or type the machine number in the actual app. That’s never worked

CSCGO rarely works.
I have a lot of issues with CSCGO showing an “error” when I try to add payment from my card. CSCGO will show no machines are available when they clearly are. The QR scanner is defective. There have been times I could not dry my clothes because CSCGO showed all dryers were in use when they were not.
When CSCGO decides to work, I am prompted to remove my clothes from machines after I’ve just barely pressed start.
I also called customer service and was told I would get credited a payment (which I never was) and that the IT team would call me (which they never did.)
This is very disappointing considering laundry is a necessity to live. I truly hope these issues are resolved. Not being able to have a reliable laundry system is a major inconvenience.

free $5 dollar credit when you sign up, except no just kidding screw you, you don’t get any credit. Great fraud system. oh then when you ask for a refund you guys want to mail a freaking check to a physical address, you have IOT implimated devices inntegrated with charging payments systems remotely through Apple Pay google pay and yet you can’t issue a refund directly to an account, I have to go cash a check whenever you get around to refunding my money? What is this a freaking rebate scam absolutely garbage disgraceful service.

I hate my complex switched to CSCGO instead of a debit card. I’ve had a washing machine turn off without opening the latch , so I couldn’t open the door. Dryers took my money and the machine didn’t start. I’ve been kicked out of my account, try to log in and can’t. My remaining balance was lost. I’ve been on hold FOREVER trying to get to a person. Never received an email in an attempt to reset my password. If I could give CSCGO zero stars I would. The complex can’t help when the developers of CSCGO don’t respond. I can’t put into words how angry I am . Trying to get clean clothes for work and can’t. I hate CSCGO so much .

App is glitchy. Says there’s an error than goes ahead and charges you 3 times for your laundry when adding $20 into the account now it’s charged my account 3 times for the $20 that’s $60 in one day. Phone # is no help and says contact email for a refund and they’ll get back to you in 24/48 hours. Well it’s been 5 days now and you still have my money and no response. I’ll be contacting my credit card for these unauthorized charges.
The notifications don’t work properly as you start a load and then get a notification that it’s done immediately.
CSCGO is not up to date with the machines in the laundry room as you add your clothes to an empty washer. Go to start it with CSCGO and CSCGO says it’s occupied. Then you’ll have to switch to another machine hopefully there is one available and you didn’t already put the soap or good luck with that. Oh wait of course you put the soap in. Super frustrating and has happened lots of times.
The dryers only work sometimes. It’s really hot or miss whether you’ll actually get your clothes dry or you’ll pay the money, wait 45 minutes come back and have wet clothes still. Then you’ll need to switch to a new dryer and pay more money.
Not a happy camper but apparently this is what it’s come to.

It’s just a disgusting business ethics when you charge $0.25ea INCONVENINCE FEE for each transaction. Make it easier for people to make claims on your buggy machines. Why is it half an hour trying to report a broken machine and a week to get a claim when it didnt have to be this way to begin with. You made the machines worse and have the audacity to charge $0.25 INCONVENIENCE FEE each transaction. I cant belive the future will require a smartphone+app+bank JUST TO WASH CLOTHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really hope someone takes an action on these kinds of businesses or i will someday.

CSCGO is really hard to use. CSCGO and machines error out constantly, CSCGO locks machines and won’t update (so a wash cycle is complete and the washer empty and ready to be used, but CSCGO has the machine stuck at 15 minutes left, and there is no way to override to use the machine, the machine is dead). Whole rooms go offline and apparently it takes 6 months or longer to have the machines “in the system” so I cannot even send a simple service request through CSCGO ; I have to send an email and explain EVERY TIME that we are not in the system yet but need service. Overall, I have had more problems than I think the updated machines are worth. I hope they fix all the problems soon.

I like not having to have a stock of quarters on hand so was happy when my management company switched to the ePay option. However, half the time it doesn't show laundry cycles that I have running. Also, our machines are set to dry for 45 minutes but that will only fully dry a medium load (& heaven forbid you add some towels or a blanket), so I have to add time. But about half of the time, the option to do so doesn't pop up (which is where my handy stock of quarters comes in handy). I like the convenience of CSCGO but they need to work on these glitches.

I love CSCGO! Seriously, fantastic idea guys! I would absolutely give CSCGO ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if it weren’t for all of the bugs. Many of the buttons simply do nothing. I can tap the sticker or use my camera app on the qr but then it wants to open safari and sometimes the page will have a link to open CSCGO , sometimes not. When it does, I can tap it and CSCGO will open to pay and start a load but when I start, I can’t view it in the laundry tab or get any info for it other than it’s in use.
Please fix this guys/gals! I’ll definitely change my rating to 5/5 then. Other than that, it does work and it does save so much hassle

App is great when it works, it glitches all the time though. Times are never correct and it sometimes says it’s not done when it is and won’t let you start the dryer for like 20 minutes. Please fix these glitches! Also you always say it’s a contest but no way of seeing who wins!

I tried adding more funds into my wallet to do laundry and I got an error saying that it couldn’t be completed. This has happened before so I tried again and got the same error message. I thought I’ll try one more time and I ended up getting the same error message. I closed CSCGO and reopened it and the funds in my wallet were there as if there was never any error at all. So I added a lot more money than I meant to.

Overall CSCGO is easy to begin, use and maintain. I was extremely pleased with how much easier CSCGO made using pay laundry and the fact I can go home and know exactly when my items are done and can even add more drying time from my home. I actually did recommend CSCGO to several people I was happy with it. After it was brought to my attention, I used the “refer a friend “ on CSCGO . Both times my friend received their credit and then begin using app by adding funds with their personal card. However, I am beginning to feel like when they say u will receive credit also is just a scam. I have yet to receive credit for either recommendation and at least a month has passed. I am extremely disappointed considering how pleased I was with CSCGO . Although, my problems with it have no direct effect on the use of CSCGO , it just makes something that should receive 5 stars much less attractive to me. I feel like I was lied to.

Let me just start off by saying You guys did your thing when making CSCGO! Super convenient super easy to use , easy to access. I can refer as many friends as I’d like & receive $5 in a couple of minutes ! It’s just great. Plus I can view the timer on both washers and dryers that way I don’t need to sit in the laundry room all day. Only thing I’d say to improve on is sometimes CSCGO lacks & does not connect to certain washers & dryers & I also experienced a slight delay in referral money but the good definitely outweighs the bad and I’m completely impressed. I had my doubts and I was definitely wrong.

CSCGO is simple to use. It’s straight forward and when all the machines are working just fine…I’m able to wash my clothes with ease. It’s easy to report broken machines and to get refunds when a machine stops functioning properly. I hope they keep improving CSCGO and their service!

While it works for me most of the time, it is ridiculous to charge a .25 fee just to run a load. You're already taking my money, but you want more of it because I refuse to use your broken payments system? The greed of this company is insane.
BIG SCAM !! Definitely a big no. Firstly, they always have a problem with their machine. It will take more than a year to get the problem fixed if you get any problems. I don't understand why you all install their service. Management is poor, I have requested the service so many times but never got the problem fixed from (Asher park of Walnut hill). Why do you all even offer this service with no future plan for fixing your problem? You all are super slow, It makes me frustrated and angry, but still, you can't do anything. Once the washing machine is set that's all they are done, they will never come back even if your machine is burnt or leaking or what. I don't recommend you all. I don't know even if you all exist now because no issues matter. I would love to hear back from you all if you are temporarily closed for the year or moved out of the US. This company seems a little sketchy to me. One of the few residents that used this app. I put some money on it and still have 6.00 left. I have moved away and emailed asking for my money since I can't use it anymore. This was in October. I haven't received my funds back. I know it's not much but now it's the principal of the issue. The card reader wouldn't work so scanned qr code expecting it to take me to the site/app to be able to pay with phone. After entering my account info email password, I wasn't even in the app, the qr code directed me to a scammers site. Nightmare!!! Even if you don't have the app on your phone the qr code should direct you to download their app. My credit card company flagged the unauthorized charge and notified me, I had to cancel my card!!! Horrible experience all around, there are better laundromat payment without using coins than this low end frustrating always cscpay mobile.
Two days ago I put $10.00 on my account. Yesterday I checked it and it told me that I had zero funds. It has totally erased my info off the app. No one responded to my request for this issue and I want my money back.
Half of the machines at the apartments I live at do not work. I see this is a common occurrence with this company. I’m contacting the better business bureau. Even when service request turned in this company does not fix anything. When you call them and you’re on the phone no one can give you any answers for anything they tell you that you cannot speak to a supervisor and they hang up on you when they feel like it or they tell you that they only have so many seconds for a call and when their seconds are up they just hang up on you they have to go so they don’t get in trouble by the company. Do not ever use this company. They will steal your money and not give it back. I would give it no stars and I fully intend on letting everyone I know on every social media platform that this company sucks
This service is a scam and fraudulent. The machines are always off line or unavailable, when they are empty and not in use!! These people take your money put it on your account then won’t let you use the machines. If your going to move into a new complex make sure they don’t use CSC for their laundry services unless you like getting scammed and stolen from I am going to report them for fraud and theft to the Attorney Generals office, not sure what else to do
More times than not the “room and all the machines are off line” We had no choice when our property management company switched us to this system, now your lucky if you can get your laundry done every week. They have no issues taking your money though. Unbelievable they can get away with ripping people off
