Really simple and easy to follow, they even nail down switching sides during stretching which somehow a lot of apps get wrong (they give you a timer and never tell you when to switch!)
Knocked off a star because I wish I could sync it with my concept 2 rower
Overall it’s a great simple easy workout app. The only annoyance is how it imports calories to Apple Health. Full workouts register as 0.3 calorie burn and no way to edit in Apple Health.
