How to fix Ezani app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ezani app on iPhone
Update Ezani app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ezani iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ezani on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ezani network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ezani Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ezani not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ezani App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ezani » click [Force Stop]

Update Ezani to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ezani App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ezani » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ezani.

Fix Ezani unable to contact server/ Ezani internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ezani » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ezani » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ezani
