How to fix Queste app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Queste app on iPhone
Update Queste app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Queste iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Queste on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Queste network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Queste Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Queste not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Queste App
1. On android, goto Settings » Queste » click [Force Stop]

Update Queste to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Queste App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Queste » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Queste.

Fix Queste unable to contact server/ Queste internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Queste » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Queste » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
