I downloaded HattieBsHotChicken , Pitt in my card info for the free dessert. I could not check out. It kept asking me to verify/choose location. I kept verifying the location but it would show something to the degree of “uh ohh you need to verify location”. Anyway after removing my order, closing HattieBsHotChicken , trying over, etc I still could not get past that obstacle. I had to delete HattieBsHotChicken and start over again. Then at checkout I didn’t get a free dessert. App has bugs

My coworker and I have both had numerous problems with HattieBsHotChicken and support said they can’t duplicate the issue and just to order through the desktop webpage. I’m very tech savvy so I know it’s not anything I am doing. I have deleted HattieBsHotChicken multiple times and still have the same results.

Always a problem somehow with HattieBsHotChicken . Today it was it demanded a vehicle color, and didn’t give me a place to choose it. It sounds small, but I can’t complete an order.

It seems there are always new personnel who consistently get my order wrong. Either leaving something out or just giving something I did order. I live too far to come back and get it straight.

It is difficult to have more than 1 credit card in HattieBsHotChicken. Customer support is 0. HattieBsHotChicken does not function for uploading receipts for in-person purchases.

My hope is that this negative review will result in a response to my second tech support request

I downloaded HattieBsHotChicken and provided my email specifically to get the promised promotion.

When I tried to use the promotion, HattieBsHotChicken said I already had used it, which is not true. I did all of this (download app, sign up, try to redeem promo) within one hour, at the store location.

This is a software bug which creates a deceptive advertising situation.

Every time I remove HattieBsHotChicken to make space, HattieBsHotChicken doesn’t give me an option to log in and tries to have me enter account registration info and there is no way out of the loop. You gotta fix your UI…this happened last year as well.

HattieBsHotChicken is way more complicated than it should be. And why can I only order 15 items??????

HattieBsHotChicken is fine but when i try to order it always gives me grief about the order time, telling me to select a later time and such (asap, not scheduled). Just make it when you can don’t force me to pick a specific time that changes with each passing minute. Asap means asap, i dont get it.

Wish they would allow you two add two sauces instead of just one, but food is really good. Cheaper if you order through app for pickup than on DoorDash.

Love this place. Always good even when picked up vs fresh at the restaurant. Highly recommend

If you use HattieBsHotChicken it saves you 10% everytime and you get to skip the line

I don’t like the fact it’s a dry sauce but other than that it was great

Always great food at Hattie B’s! We love the small white plate and the tenders plate. Worth the wait for Sunday lunch.
