I downloaded the app, Pitt in my card info for the free dessert. I could not check out. It kept asking me to verify/choose location. I kept verifying the location but it would show something to the degree of “uh ohh you need to verify location”. Anyway after removing my order, closing the app, trying over, etc I still could not get past that obstacle. I had to delete the app and start over again. Then at checkout I didn’t get a free dessert. App has bugs
Free dessert did not work

I downloaded the app and provided my email specifically to get the promised promotion.
When I tried to use the promotion, the app said I already had used it, which is not true. I did all of this (download app, sign up, try to redeem promo) within one hour, at the store location.
This is a software bug which creates a deceptive advertising situation.

My coworker and I have both had numerous problems with this app and support said they can’t duplicate the issue and just to order through the desktop webpage. I’m very tech savvy so I know it’s not anything I am doing. I have deleted the app multiple times and still have the same results.
