- The app does not have direct connection to X-series cameras like the X100V, which would be a huge upgrade.

- The app lacks basic functionality compared to the instax link mini app, such as the ability to access the camera to take a photo and print in-app.

- The app cuts out the edges of any format picture, making it difficult to print full pictures or selfies.

- The editing features are bare and close to useless.

To resolve instax Link WIDE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the instax Link WIDE App
1. On android, goto Settings » instax Link WIDE » click [Force Stop]

Clear instax Link WIDE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » instax Link WIDE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart instax Link WIDE.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click instax Link WIDE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto instax Link WIDE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch instax Link WIDE
