Garbage app

I can’t even get the full picture to print through this app because it cuts out the edges of any format picture and you can’t zoom it out past a certain point. Selfie prints are impossible because of this unless I only want half of my face showing. The editing is completely bare and close to useless. I really only want to be able to print my whole freaking picture and you can keep having a good app, but I can’t even do that. Considering getting a Polaroid printer or camera because they at least have a good app. F

The app does not work. You cannot use the printer without the app. It does not acknowledge that it’s connected to my phone. It may print one photo after an hour of trying to encourage it to work - - and then the next second say there is no Bluetooth connection. I would *never* buy this printer again with such a terrible app and support. Just stick to the actual instax camera (which I have and love) or find another brand of printer. So disappointed and zero help online from the company.
