Login issue

It’s telling to insert the sim which were used at the time of registration. But I didn’t change The SIM.

Doesn't work

Proving to be a joke of a mobile financial service. Couldn't even get past the first step, asks for my phone number and says it will send me an OTP, which never came of course. Tried twice and uninstalling now, keep up the fabulous work lol.

Tuition fee new college

Our school recently added to pay college fee through this but no update has come on App store. But on android updated and they can pay tuition fee easily, but I cannot pay. Can you do something about it please make a update fast because if you don’t update this, then I will have to pay Huge amount top fine thank you.

Cannot log in.

tap does not work with e sim. After it’s 2nd latest update. Tried to communicate with the vendor via their provided email. After more than one week on 8 September they replied me with a link of android app installer, despite clarifying my phone modem on 29 August. After my query, the customer service person told me to wait, and they will get back to me soon. It’s yet to be solved. Very disappointing service.

So many bugs

this app app has so many bugs, when paying school fees-after successfully payment the successful sms doesn’t show!! Moreover in student account previously the charge Tk.10 per payment but they applied 1% of the fees ridiculously!! They are short of customer charging student for survival!! Unless paying school fees no convenient use of tap.
