Foodland SA app will not allow me to login because it thinks my mobile number is invalid but it is a valid mobile phone number which I have been using for a long time.

How to fix FoodLand app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FoodLand app on iPhone
Update FoodLand app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FoodLand iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FoodLand on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FoodLand network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FoodLand Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FoodLand not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FoodLand App
1. On android, goto Settings » FoodLand » click [Force Stop]

Update FoodLand to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FoodLand App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FoodLand » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FoodLand.

Fix FoodLand unable to contact server/ FoodLand internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FoodLand » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FoodLand » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FoodLand
