I have had the Android Terra Station app for months and it has worked without issue. Yesterday and today when I try to open the app, the Terra Station screen appears, then it stops there.

How to fix Station Wallet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Station Wallet app on iPhone
Update Station Wallet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Station Wallet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Station Wallet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Station Wallet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Station Wallet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Station Wallet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Station Wallet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Station Wallet » click [Force Stop]

Update Station Wallet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Station Wallet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Station Wallet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Station Wallet.

Fix Station Wallet unable to contact server/ Station Wallet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Station Wallet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Station Wallet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Station Wallet
