Can't get the app to work. Login screen goes to a website that just hangs forever. Very frustrating.
The Tradestation mobile app does not launch. I cannot log in. Keep getting "uh-oh operation couldn't be completed (TSAuth ... error 2)
Login in screen won't load on mobile app. I have to keep uninstalling
IOS app freezes constantly, I cannot go more than 2 minutes without having to restart it. I have tried reinstalling and still no better.
In the Tradestation desktop on my Windows PC the Help menu button does not bring up any help. I assume it is an issue with my default browser. How can I fix this? Similar issue with the "definition" button on the "Add Study" window; it does nothing.
I reside in Lomita CA where Spectrum is the only Internet service I can get for my PC. The problem is they disconnect several times a week for maintenance purposes. What do you suggest to abide this situation. Is there a way to connect directly to TradeStation?
