I upgraded my android phone. The initial vital test works. The problem is when I have to go out to the website for history and additional info. The website is kind of scrambled.

How to fix CarePlix Vitals app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CarePlix Vitals app on iPhone
Update CarePlix Vitals app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CarePlix Vitals iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CarePlix Vitals on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CarePlix Vitals network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CarePlix Vitals Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CarePlix Vitals not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CarePlix Vitals App
1. On android, goto Settings » CarePlix Vitals » click [Force Stop]

Update CarePlix Vitals to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CarePlix Vitals App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CarePlix Vitals » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CarePlix Vitals.

Fix CarePlix Vitals unable to contact server/ CarePlix Vitals internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CarePlix Vitals » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CarePlix Vitals » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CarePlix Vitals
