I had bought thousands of dollars everytime I shopped here. This time I bought 3bracelets from them in November. They send me three of them with perfect labels on (no returns if removed). I decided to return right away because they didn’t look good and didn’t look like the picture they post online. I’m not a person who buy and return often so I thought I needed to wait for my refund. After 2months I didn’t hear anything from them. I had to call them to check my refund. Everytime they said that they are processing my return request and asked me to wait for 5-7days, 2days, 48hrs, 24hrs. I never get my refund back. Today I got their letter WITH THE BROKEN LABELS ON THE BRACELETS said the items were not sold by saks off 5th!!! Probably they sent me the fake items with their labels and now don’t want to get them back and and make the labels broken so I can’t return again. Now I know they sell fake items, and make me wonder all other stuffs I’ve bought from them were fake. Definitely I will not buy anything from them again and surely everyone I know will not either. I’m so disappointed and angry, I want to return all other items I bought from them if I could!

Saks off 5th is a great place to shop. But your app is nightmare. Every time so frustrating to use. Spin and and spin every time one to put some item into wishlist, new to restart SaksOFF5TH , or always jump back to different item again and again. Can’t move forward, soooooo time consuming and frustrating , I gave up every time. It’s beeennnn a looooonttime . Why it is soooooo hard to fix these issue??? Why don’t you try by yourself and feel how we customer feel ??!

Love Off 5th, but SaksOFF5TH is the worst!
It won’t create an account automatically on your first purchase so nothing you bought the first time goes on your account. Then, after you do create an account, it doesn’t recognize you when you try to sign in. And after you use “forgot password” and create a new password, it doesn’t let you on with the new password either! It’s a frustrating, maddening experience “using” SaksOFF5TH - if “using” is the correct term for what it is to try to get anywhere with it. I made a big purchase with it yesterday, and I have no way of checking the status of my order. Seriously, whoever created SaksOFF5TH should be fired.

There’s so much to look at that I filter everything down to my sizes. I’ll get several hundred items in my size, however when I go to search through the pages of items, I’m only shown one page (less than 100 items) and have no options of continuing to search. Tried searching in different ways, same thing almost every time. I can’t buy what I can’t see. Finally gave up and got rid of SaksOFF5TH . Super glitchy!

Every time you click a tab in SaksOFF5TH it has to think for a minute, it constantly logs you out and when you log in it takes two minutes.

The prices listed in SaksOFF5TH are at full price and not what is reflected on their website. And yes SaksOFF5TH will let you check out paying the full price.

You can’t look up tracking for recent orders. Everything you attempt to search for to purchase takes 2 minutes to for a basic color filter or size filter to take hold, sometimes it doesn’t at all.

Love that you can shop luxe gifts for great prices. But there are two main issues I have, especially since saks is top tier you’d think the eight would be seamless. But unfortunately it’s not. 1.) there is no way categorize my liked items. I personally find it easier when to shop when I cold simply open the favorites section and choose what the category is. Weather it be sorted my people in my household. Or what room I am keeping ideas saved. 2.) the sight is extremely glitchy. It takes FOREVER to load. If I heart an item I have to wait for what feels like minutes to be able to heart another item. It really defeats the purpose.
Please fix this is super annoying

At least 1 out of 3 times I use SaksOFF5TH, which is regularly, there is some kind of technical issue. SaksOFF5TH either crashes, won’t add an item in stock to the cart, won’t open, freezes, or says I don’t have access to something I clearly should (e.g. searching for a product). These problems occur often and are not resolved for days. SaksOFF5TH has more problems than any other app I use frequently. Desperately needs investment in ap development.

The reason for my rating because being this large and very reputable company that you are I expect a better app. In the sense that when I go to the next page of more than 1000 items I am not able too. That’s just one of a couple problem SaksOFF5TH have.
I am pretty sure that you guys can do better with SaksOFF5TH .

If I scroll down, click on an item to go to the product page, and hit the back arrow in the top left corner, the screen pauses for a second at the view I just had (of the product I’d selected and whatever product is next to/above/below it) and then jumps back to the very top of the page.

It’s really hard to add multiple items to my bag as a result, and I usually end up closing SaksOFF5TH in frustration and shopping on a different app instead.

When you look at an item all the way down a list, when you go back to the list it does not bring you back to where you were rather to the top of the list. This can get frustrating when you’re trying to shop multiple items and that you loose where you left of.

I love this store. They have great deals on genuine designer products! I shop here all the time! They are great with customer service. Any problems I had with any orders were solved immediately no hassles ever!

Love SaksOFF5TH! So great to shop designers and discounts are spot on! I recommend this to everyone. I live in a small town and we don't have this type of store so it's great to be able to shop online and get the special designers sent to my house. Love! Ytfarina

Love SaksOFF5TH, shopping is fast and lots of great deals! Items arrive quickly, usually within 2-3 days.
I can link to pay pal for payment. The only con is additional charges for shipping, but all the items I have ordered are great quality name brand.

Everything in the Saks off Fifth app is great and works smoothly, but as customers we desperately need an ability to “SORT BY DISCOUNT” because it takes me forever scrolling through listings to spot the best deals.

Most of your competition has already implemented this yet you are lagging behind

Your customer service rep representative yesterday was very helpful and getting my online account so I could purchase your online merchandise. He was very patient very professional very good and I thank him so much I was about ready to pull my hair out doing what I thought was the right thing and he came into my life and on my iPad and help me right through the entire process and I thank him so much and I thank you for hiring such a wonderful man. Today, I ordered more items so it was easy to get through the process with the help that I received yesterday thank you so much.

I love SaksOFF5TH! Is clean and easy to navigate. I also love the main page with the latest deals. I also like the fact that. Can sort categories to the items I am looking for. Images are inviting and I feel like I am getting a great deal for luxury items and quality name brands.

Works very well and saves your bag! Only downside if I’m being picky is that when you click on an item in a search, it takes you back to the top after you’ve viewed the item so you have to scroll back down to where you left off.

I am really enjoying new Saks Off 5th Avenue mobile app. I can easily see all available items by any one particular brand. Adding or removing items from shopping cart is as simple as swiping to the left or to the right. Item details can be easily seen right inside of the shopping cart. Best shopping experience ever without getting up from couch.

It has a pretty impressive set of categories/filters to sort through different products - similar to the website so it def makes shopping easy breezy and leaves room for discovering more stuff. No issues accessing my account, or anything I’ve favorited on the website and vice versa, so it’s a seamless experience whether you checkout on SaksOFF5TH or on desktop. For sure recommend downloading.

My job is very demanding so going to a store to shop for clothes is very inconvenient for me. This is why I do all my shopping online… I’ve downloaded many clothing store apps and this is by far the easiest to navigate. The search and filter features are the best attributes for me. I always search for what I’m looking for then filter until I have about 100 items to browse… fast and easy!!! Plus, the clothes are delivered fast and returns are painless… In a nutshell, it’s a pleasure shopping with SaksOFF5TH!!!

SaksOFF5TH has sooooo many problems. Everything loads so slow. I have trouble adding things to my wishlist. The page doesn’t always load the images. It’s just always something.
