Close and restart the Solstice app on iPhone
Update Solstice app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Solstice iPhone app

To resolve Solstice network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Solstice app issues:

Force Stop the Solstice App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Solstice app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Solstice to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Solstice App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Solstice app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Solstice.

Fix Solstice unable to contact server/ Solstice internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Solstice » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Solstice » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Solstice on android.
