I can't transfer from my account. Verification failed

I am having troubling transferring money from my Alat app to other accounts.

I forgot my password so i was trying to reset it, did my facial recognition and was creating a new password, I mistakenly went backwards and wanted to continue but I'm getting an error message saying no value found

App not opening

I changed my phone and I downloaded ALAT on my new device but it’s not opening it is showing me verify because it’s a new device. I press verify and the app crashes. Meanwhile it opens on my old phone

Hi, My name is Adisa Basiru Awolowo. I recently just registered on the Alat mobile app. I have done all the needful except the creation of an Alat pin. I have been trying to create my Alat Pin repeatedly but it’s not working. It keeps saying OTP sent to my email after I answer the security question but nothing keeps entering my email.
