I am having troubling transferring money from my Alat app to other accounts.

I forgot my password so i was trying to reset it, did my facial recognition and was creating a new password, I mistakenly went backwards and wanted to continue but I'm getting an error message saying no value found

App not opening

I changed my phone and I downloaded ALAT on my new device but it’s not opening it is showing me verify because it’s a new device. I press verify and the app crashes. Meanwhile it opens on my old phone

Hi, My name is Adisa Basiru Awolowo. I recently just registered on the Alat mobile app. I have done all the needful except the creation of an Alat pin. I have been trying to create my Alat Pin repeatedly but it’s not working. It keeps saying OTP sent to my email after I answer the security question but nothing keeps entering my email. After I upgraded the ALAT app, it has not been opening. I have deleted it several times and the same thing still occur

I can't find the Alat app on my android menu anymore except I go through play store and when I do it shows its installed and open but I can't find it on my phone and it is kinda annoying, it is the only mobile bank app that I use that behaving this way, all my other bank apps are still very much in the menu

After I downloaded the alat by wema app, if I open it, it closes almost immediately without even opening. I tried decluttering my phone for enough storage space. I also deleted and downloaded the app 4 times. I also upgraded my IOS to no avail. Please, I need to use the app ASAP
