Does not work

Does not allow you to log in. Constantly says “oops! Email not valid!” even though there is nowhere to type your email (only asks for your phone number, which is “being used by another account”). So incredibly frustrating. It’s been a year and I’ve yet to get it to work.
Bait and switch

I feel quite stupid for trying HudsonYards multiple times to redeem the gift cards offered. Fool me once…. Multiple clerks tried valiantly but failed to know how to use the gift card offered. The birthday reward was promised and never came despite in person visits and email to concierge. Very disappointed.
The worst app so far

Keeps asking me to register a card, then say it’s been registered already... like a lame loop. Also, impossible to navigate because no matter what I click, it keeps bringing me to card register windows and asking to register a card only to say that it’s been registered already... so lame
Missing rewards

Seems like the purchases are not being captured towards spend. I tried sending the receipts to the support, but they keep asking for more info. Who has time for that? Regret saving my credit card info to HudsonYards.
