Hello. My widget doesn’t move, I can’t click on it… it’s not working.

the widget on my home screen is not updating when the song changes at all i am using ios 16 for ipad and i have the app running in the background

To resolve WidgetPod network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the WidgetPod App
1. On android, goto Settings » WidgetPod » click [Force Stop]

Clear WidgetPod App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » WidgetPod » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart WidgetPod.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click WidgetPod » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto WidgetPod » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch WidgetPod
