Can't connect with Bluetooth

Hi team My new samsung z fold does not seem to be working with the heartify app the flash light doesn't come on as on a friends phone and I held My finger tip against the lens as requested and it says no finger detected Rgds Mick

Close and restart the Heartify app on iPhone

To resolve Heartify network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Heartify app issues:

Force Stop the Heartify App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Heartify app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Heartify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Heartify App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Heartify app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Heartify.

Fix Heartify unable to contact server/ Heartify internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Heartify » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Heartify » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
