Disclaimer: i’m not a native english speaker so i have some ortographic problems.

I started using remonte since the very first versions on my mac. I don’t really remember where I discovered it but since then it has been the greatest thing in my life. Ever since i discovered rem note my scores inproved and my overall knowledge increased. Im a 3rd year medical student and i have been using this app since the start of my second year. Also, this app is the only app i used for studying for the USMLE exam and i got a really great score. If you want to really do yourself a favor, please download this app.

Using RemNote in combination with the desktop version on MacBook Pro has saved me a lifetime of making Flashcards. The pdf editor in amazing. You can make Flashcards from your notes pretty much instantly. I could not encourage someone to get this amazing tool more. I am a current PA student and it has saved me a ton of time and helped me nail all of my didactic exams! I have never rated an app but this app is worth it. It is a powerhouse application. Way better than anki and quizlet hands down.

I’ve been using this app since around the time it first came out. It improved my studies tremendously in my post bacc program. As a pre dental student — I look forward to continuing using this app. I’ve waited so long (just like everyone) for the release of the ios mobile app and it’s amazing. Very seamless. Also love the desktop app!! Great work this app team!!! Much love as always.

I absolutely ADORE this app!! I’ve been waiting for the mobile app! But the mobile app still needs some work. After working on my laptop this app app and having everything sync, I found that the mobile app was still behind. What is more frustrating is when I logged onto a browser on my phone, this app was perfectly synced. Kinda makes the mobile app a moot pointless… Still a huge fan, just not of the mobile app right now 🫣 I’m hoping the mobile app will be smoother in the future.

I've been waiting for the release of iOS version of this app and it's way better than I imagined! Thanks for the hardwork developers!

One thing I would like to ask for is that there's no option to export my pdf from goodnotes directly to the this app app. I have this option for notion so I was wondering if it could be done in this app too since I attach my lecture notes as attachment to the notes I make.

Simple flash card app that gives recommended times for when you should review the cards again.

Though RemNote can’t magically make your grades better, the quality of the flash cards you create will reflect on the outcome of your grades.

I LOVE RemNote. It definitely makes flash cards a lot easier lol. Would be better if you add a “speech-to-text” feature. I usually type my notes with my voice when it’s something I need in quick, so that would be great as a new feature :)

The free tier is way too limited. They should make all the pro features server based instead of feature based. I.e. features that require server should cost money but all local functions should be in free tier. Otherwise feels like a standard system whereby they cripple software until you pay. Can never compete with anki until this is addressed. Also charge money for the mobile apps. That is another way to make money. But don't cripple the software.

I was preparing myself for disappointment but I was pleasantly surprised by thr quality of RemNote. It flows smoothly with no complaints. It syncs very well between iphone, ipad, and my pc. keep the good work! I do feel that the subscription is higher than what it should be.

The update 1.11.6 made RemNote continuously crashing. I could not launch RemNote at all. I am using iPad pro 2021 with OS 16.5.1.

this app has a great concept and no app quite does what it does for SRS, but RemNote is buggy at times and the mobile apps are terrible. Landscape mode isn’t supported on the iPhone, and there’s no way to scroll to view Latex equations that run off the screen. I notified the devs two months ago, but the problem has still not been fixed. STEM students would be advised to switch to Logseq or Obsidian with the SRS plugin enabled.

Whenever I click the daily note option RemNote crashes. It asks me to reload which does not help. Closing/killing RemNote does not fix it. I have to delete and reinstall totally. When I’ve reinstalled, it happens again. Unusable in its current state. This has now extended to the browser in safari as well. iPhone 14 pro max issue it seems. I love this app btw. Please fix.

Apart from the general concept of the this app eco system being great as a way to host your second brain, I love the simplicity of the new IOS app, basically a copy of the familiar layout in other operating systems.

One of its most useful features is hidden in the ellipsis menu: Read Only Mode.
It is excellent to avoid accidentally entering edit mode—and thereby loosing focus.

Keep it simple, keep it low threshold and this app will continue to be RemNote that is a joy to manage information with.

I took a big risk on RemNote. I’m a pilot with thousands of hours of info I need to know I ported it all to rem note and it has made my ability to maintain my knowledge so much easier.

I followed the tutorial, but I’m still confused. It says to tap on the flashcard icon, but it doesn’t show you what it looks like. I’m having a hard time adding flashcards. To me it would be more intuitive if there was a « done » button when writing the flashcard.

I’ve been using this app for a while now on desktop and its been a fantastic experience.

The mobile app really adds to and completes the whole package.

Really makes this a one stop shop for note taking and memory retention.

I personally have no complaints. Do yourself a favor and give it a shot.

I just got a email from AppStore saying it's available!! Downloaded it on my iPad and iPhone in a blink of an eye! Lol. So satisfying to finally being able to use RemNote instead of the freakin web browser. Thank you devs. Y'all killin it ;)

First off everything else about RemNote is okay, but the syncing is driving me crazy. This is the third time now that the this app cards on my phone app and on my desktop app are not the same. I’m not getting the flash cards I made on my desktop and the cards I’ve reviewed on my phone don’t show up on my desktop app. At this point, I’m not even sure why I paid for it, I probably should’ve just used anki

RemNote keeps crashing when i open it. When it does work (rarely), it proves to be very unuseful. Also, i use it on my ipad and it is quite difficult to navigate on it. The interface is more optimised for mac and pc. The flashcards are really weird because instead of a card, you type them in a sentence.

RemNote has been an absolute godsend for me! I am in my first year of medical school and all of my exams are lecture based, which makes it difficult to use Anki decks like AnKing. I was really struggling with summarizing the lecture slides, which helps me learn the material, and creating Anki cards afterwards in an efficient manner. I’ve tried so many tools like Notion, Obsidian, and Agenda, and this has been the only app that allows me to do both notes + flashcards at the same time without the hassle, saving me so much time!

I’ve been using this app for a couple years now and it’s a game changer in studying. Seeing as you can take notes and make flash cards for spaced rep right in the same place, and at the same time. The only thing I was waiting for was when they’d get an app so that I could study with it on the go. Finally RemNote is here! Love it! Kudos to the developers! 🤩

Desktop app is much better but ios is good too. Only issue is its little slow to load.

I am currently a nursing student with a hectic schedule and I cannot tell you enough how this app is key to my studies. The fact that you can take super-personalized notes as you’re making flashcards is an absolutely GENIUS concept, especially when you’re often short on time and still need to remember tons of information. It’s time-saving and extremely effective. The design is also pleasing and easy to learn. Thank you for creating something so amazing. I can only ask that RemNote will remain free and accessible to struggling students like me; and if ever a subscription should be required in the future, please make the price as affordable as you can. Thank you Team this app! 💕

I really like the ease of use of this app as well as its flashcards. Their support is completely outstanding though. Keep doing what you're doing 👍

I’ve used quizlet in the past and decided to use this app this school year because of the spaced repetition and occlusion cards and the versatility of how to make different flash cards. I was pleased until as of late 3 months into school when I began to have issues with my occlusion cards not occluding parts of the images. I’ve had to redo them which is time consuming and takes me away from studying. A bit of a steeper learning curve to learn compared to quizlet. Support has been slow to fix the problems and I have midterms coming up (submitted issue to support a week ago), otherwise I would’ve given more stars.
