Constantly Crashes

After updating anytime I try to book a ticket with my bono it just crashes the app. I have tried reinstalling and no luck. I have to use the website…app is unusable.
Creador card purchases don’t work

We are traveling internationally from the United States. And every time we try to make a purchase with a credit card The app says the charge was denied, but we call our bank and they can’t even see the transaction come through on their end or visas ends. We have tried this app with four or five different tickets on four or five different days and it never works.
Does not complete the sign up process

Put my data in 4 x and each time it was unable to complete the process. Seems like a waste of time, should be much easier. I am trying to install from Brazil but that should not be a problem as I will be travelling extensively in spain and would like to book everything well in advance as to not have surprises. Not happy
