YES Network Status

I bought the yes app sub this year and everytime I’ve watched a game, the audio and video are not synced. Every single time.

watched taped game this morning audio in spanish, now there is no sound all other channels are fine please explain thank you

Yankee broadcasts keep freezing and when it resumes seconds later the audio and video are out of sync.I have to keep turning it off and back on again every few minutes.

While watching yes network picture will freeze. Sometimes the audio will stay on sometimes it can’t be heard. If the picture comes back if will fast forward to the live part of the game . Most of the time the just stays frozen and I change channels in frustration.

Has been having issues all game tonight. It kept saying I'm not authorized/don't have a subscription when I do. Did it on roku and phone both. It also keeps freezing.

Channel 46 and 47 are baseball but transmitting in Spanish not english

Yes App stalls on Android TV. Started happening on April 2. I started the subscription to YES by paying $20. hope they fix the issue otherwise I would have to cancel the subscription

Screen becomes pixelated off and on. Happening on both Smart tv and android phone. This started today 4-2-23. Very annoying.

Subscribed on Thursday through Amazon Prime. Every time I try to watch a game, I get "you are not subscribed or authorized." Wrote YES, they said they were doing a workaround but it is still not working. Hoping I am not out $200 for nothing.

Can 2 users be watching the YES channel at one time?

Use to sign in on my iPhone using my TV provider. There is no way to do that with this 5.0 new version

To much background noise, difficult to hear announcer during the game and can't hear Meredith.

I live in Bethlehem PA. 12 miles outside NJ. I cannot get yankee games but I purchased the MLB app in order to get all the games. My issue is that I always got YES network on my RCN cable network. I could watch the Michael Kay show and seethe yankee game post and pregame shows. About a few weeks ago nothing but odd sport like shows are on. The description in the corner screen may say Yankee pregame but it is soccer or car shows. Please help me out. Why no YES shows??

YES app appears to be working, but no sound when watching the Yankees game. There is sound when the commercials are playing. Deleted app and reinstalled -- did not fix.

yes app states "you are not subscribed or authorized to view this content". I am subscribed with spectrum and am currently watching game on tv. what gives?

No matter how many times I load into the website on my laptop the game itself never appears. Always works fine on my phone or tv

As hard as I try, as many times as I try, the APP is not allowing me to sign in using Direct TV Stream, Or Direct TV. Frustrated!!!

Yesterday the channel kept cutting off and coming back and it is doing it again tonight. When you pay for something you expect it to function properly or be corrected.

Have a green screen when trying to stream on DirecTV. 07/21/2022

Turned on pre-game on Directv Stream via Apple TV device .. image was frozen …repeated with same results …power cycled Apple TV device …now, all that appears is a green screen. All other channels are fine .

App is failing to play the game- either has no audio or video freezes and won’t play. Have tried deleting and reinstalling app, logging out and back in and it’s still broken.
