App signed me out yet again and won't let me sign back in. Did the dance if clearing cache then uninstalling reinstalling app then rebooting my entire network. This has happened at least a dozen times in the 2 weeks I have it. Can I watch the game AGAIN. Give me my money back.

Im having trouble watching yes network. I have COX cable which includes the yes network. When I go to the screen where it asks how you want to connect, a page flashes for less than a second and then is blank.

I paid for a subscription to yes channel through amazon with my fire tv, but it keeps telling me that I don't have one. It worked when I first set it up, but now it won't let me on.

Your booth and studio personnel that cover Yankees games is totally made up of white men who live in the last century. Paul O’Neil and flash go on and on about when they played instead of calling the game. Baseball is not the same now. Everything is different so their comments are obsolete. Get some people in the booth that will actually call the game. That goes for Michael Kay too. YES Fired 2 people of color. Granted they didn’t perform well but Paul O and John F don’t either. They both go off on tangents that have nothing to do with the game. YES,DO BETTER!

Why in the world have you ruined the Yankee pre and post game programs, by adding Carlos Beltran…. three is too many…and to add that cheating Beltran to a Yankee program has led our family to mute everytime he speaks. Jack and Bob had the perfect partnership and a informative and entertaining show… Beltran was a flop as a game announcer and all the complaints should have proved that your audience does not want to hear or look at him. Let him go announce for the Astros that he cheated with. I am very disappointed in YES after subscribing for 15/years.

To Mr. John Filipelli, After reading a New York Post article this morning I was surprised to see that your approval of the work Cameron Maybin and Carlos Beltran have done this year and your intention to keep them on board. Sir, I enjoy your network and rarely miss a pitch but I could not prevent myself from sending this message with huge disappointment! I'm all for learning curves and work in progress to gain experience and improvement but there is absolutely no evidence from day one to the present of strides taken by either one. Cameron is intelligent, has a great personality and comes across the screen as very likeable. But we are missing pitches due to his wordiness. (In other words he doesn't shut up!! My apologies for being so blunt.) As for Carlos, he is very difficult to understand and his accent would not be something that would improve in the very near future without taking an english class. It is also noticeable that he tries too hard to include his comments during the broadcast and most times paraphrases what has just been discussed. Near the end of your Post interview you mention the accolades and how highly thought of you are of David Cone. I can't agree with you more! But when you're rating one of the better broadcasters on your network as one of the best and then rate highly two that are pretty much hard to listen to, I have to wonder wether you want to keep them because of polital correctiveness or that you really do believe they will improve. I hope it's for the latter. Sincerely, Bill Schultz

My husband was a avid Yankees fan. He never missed a game, we went to Cooperstown every year. He passed away last year from Covid-19. I just started watching the games again by myself. I love. Michael Kay and Paul O’Neil. My father had Jacob Rupperts box seats back in the day so we were at every game. The point I am making is when are you going to get rid of Ryan Rucco. He is the worst. He goes on and on and nothing of any importance comes out of his mouth. He doesn’t belong on the YES network. Merideth knows so much more than him.

Please put David Cone and O’Neil back on with Michael Kay….Beltran and Maven do nothing to enhance the broadcast….very difficult to understand….is this a diversity issue for the network?

I purchased a cable package containing the YES Network to watch the Yankee games. Now it seems you have to also pay several streaming companies to get all the games. The greed of the networks, MLB owners, players union, and everyone else involved is disgusting. Now, the average person can't afford to go to a game, but can't afford to watch it on tv either.

I do not like not being able to watch the yanks on Friday nights. Whose idea was this anyway? YES is part of my cable bill. I do not want to pay for other channels.

I AM SO SICK OF NOT BEING ABLE TO WATCH MY TEAM'S GAME ON A FRIDAY NIGHT--WTF IS GOING ON HERE!????? You guys have some nerve promoting this weekend's Yankee games when the Friday night game is not on TV!!!! For an organization that claims to want more people involved/watching baseball--putting a game exclusively on a streaming service that very few people have access to is really pathetic/stupid. You want to grow the game?! Stop putting roadblocks up for people who want to watch. IF MLB THINKS THIS IS FUNNY--IT'S NOT. YOU ARE ALIENATING A VERY LARGE GROUP OF PEOPLE WHO WATCH YOUR NETWORK ALL THE TIME. SHAME ON YOU!!! I Have started watching Mets games on Friday nights since I can't watch the Yankees. BTW--the Mets announcers are much more entertaining than yours. Amazon should be banned from having anything to do with TV. Stick to delivering packages you morons.

I can’t use the yes app. It worked before and I followed your instructions. I got rid of the app. then reinstall it. Tried resetting password said it was wrong. Then said it was already taken. So agrivating!

Whats the point of having a trivia question if Kay and his band of merry men are answering it within 15 seconds? Is the segment for the viewers or the announcers? 🙄

Stop Showing Recaps and Highlights Next to the Replay

Unlike a lot of reviews here, I mostly don’t have any issues with playback with the app but the one thing you all need to change is your placement of highlights and game recaps. I’ve had like half a dozen NYCFC games ruined for me this season because you choose to place the match recap or game highlights as the first video, rather than the replay. I try to watch every single game and when I can’t watch it live, I use the app to watch the replay. Nearly EVERY time I’ve tried this season to not spoil any games for myself, you have something that shows the final score in the tab or highlights that show the score. Please change this!!! Just have a tab with the replay by itself and no other videos!

Bad changes

This new version is way worse when it comes to UX. They removed the button to switch between portrait and landscape mode. The only way to get into landscape mode now is to turn your phone. I have the portrait lock on usually so now the only way to get into landscape mode is turn off that setting and rotate my phone. It was easier before. Also, now you have to tap a button to get into the Picture in Picture mode. Previously you could swipe up to get into Picture in Picture mode. That was way easier. YES, please change back to the way it was.

Great potential

It’s convenient to watch my Yankees when on the go. However, the app CONSTANTLY asks you to sign in. There should be a feature where I can select “stayed signed in”. In addition, during the broadcast, a random commercial will start playing right in the middle of the inning!!! You then have to quit the app and launch it again. Finally, be prepared to watch the same 2-3 commercials over and over again. So much potential with this app to make this better when on the go! Must easier to watch on live tv then the app and that’s a huge problem in 2021.
