Worthless app

Would rate zero stars if I could. Installed and was given option to link with my Medstar portal. As soon as I finished setting up my login for the app and went through the “Let’s get started “ screen, it took me to a completely blank screen with just the Medstar name and logo at the very top. There is nothing to click on so I can’t access or do anything. This is worthless! I agree with other reviewers that this is very disappointing from a major healthcare provider.
This may be the worst app I’ve ever used

We’re required to upload our insurance cards and photo ID before each appointment ( it doesn’t save no matter how many times I’ve visited this doctor), but the app crashes repeatedly or doesn’t save the photo. I usually have to try at least 20 times before I can actually check in. Particularly to check in at urgent care (I was literally bleeding while trying to upload my photo id), this is truly unacceptable.
Confusion

This app is terrible. It bounce you all around in a confusing manner. I used the portal to access and set up the app. It only passed my profile information not all the other data I had created in the portal. In the app to access that information I need to transfer from the app to the portal.
If you would like a model app look at INOVA MY CHART. Very easy user friendly without bouncing around.
