Presto is good. And the newer updates work great. However, the customer service is 0/10 and no one seems to be available like ever, even when you think you’ve got a hold of someone you’re put on hold for ever!!!!!! I know this is not a direct technical issue but wouldn’t be a big of an issue if I could avoid the hustle of trying to get a hold of someone, if they had added a couple more important features such as the ability to cancel or edit the order before it has been confirmed or even after confirming depending on how soon you got to do that. Also I should be able to save my payment method/details instead of having to type in everything again and again everytime. Seriously I would have given this 4 stars if it wasn’t for the 0/10 customer service that comes along with it. Bad experience do not recommend.

Stupid app That is not even designed for ordering
and Finding your food choices ! It forces you to choose fast food stores they want !!! The reason for that starts with Presto it itself , as it is a clone template , where user can’t control the experience
They had no clue !!!!

Sing up is is even worst experience , it gives a valid number Even when number formats entered correctly

Bottom line this is a joke app and not a serious service aimed towards customers

Very poor app , it takes to long to accept the order and you have to wait half an hour so your order to be canceled , customer service take very long to respond and the copy and paste the same massage and no solution what so ever

Very bad services, they have blocked my account cuz i ordered something took more-than 2hours, when i called customer service they haven’t answered my 7 calls in order to cancel my order i only would like to encourage other people to do the same (only one star)

Please fix your sluggish application
I would really like to use this apple and feel comfortable while using it but every time I do I end up getting annoyed and frustrated and shut down Presto without ordering anything
This is the third time I update it thinking maybe this time they fixed the problem but I end up being disappointed
It’s frustrating when you’re trying to choose what to order and the page slows down as you get to the bottom of the restaurant’s menu and slows down even more when you try to go up
And then takes you back to the start of the list of restaurants when you go back
Why can’t it just keep me on where I stopped

Can u please try to fix ur sluggish application
Whenever i wanna search for a restaurant/whatever the program will shut down and that really makes me deleting it every time i use it , i even decided to not use it again but please fix it , useful but in the same time useless.

So far so good but it has some glitches when you wanna pay with wallet sometimes it’s not doing it

The first application delivery food

Add a way to check previous reviews of orders. And add a way to leave a note with orders.

I love the new update, it’s faster and smoother and most importantly it has a tracker where you can see where the driver actually is. Keep up the good work, this app. موفقين

The latest update has alot of glitches, also so many steps to get into favorites

The UX & UI are amazing.. Presto only missing the driver location after they pick up the package.. if this feature was added it will take Presto to another place.

Personally, from my few past experiences, I don't have any negative reviews, Presto is great, the services are great, and they are very quick and helpful.
I did not face any struggles on Presto, and am extemely pleased with all the past orders.
Great app, great service.
