CaesarsSportsbookDC has been showing me games from days ago for the last few days. Somedays when you wake up, you can’t scroll through all the games in certain sports. It’s extremely hard to see the bet you’ve placed after you place it, and you can really only bet spread or money line. Plus, you’re still unable to withdraw directly from CaesarsSportsbookDC after it’s been open for a year. So they force you to constantly go to the casino with their two block limit.

App reliability has diminished considerably since the switch from WH to Caesars. Most vexing is the inability to consistently recognize location, claiming that buetooth isn’t enabled, when in fact it is, and allowing a single bet from one location end then not allowing a second bet from the exact same location. Freezes while making a bet are far far too common. There is no way to register a complaint about app problems. AND the half point parley cards are not available. Come on! Please do better.

App didn’t process a winning bet for over 19 hours on the second day but it finally did it. Beats standing in line in the middle of a pandemic. Not perfect but at least it’s bare minimum. Pulled up right in front and placed wagers while people in line. Now credits pretty well. Will be happy when VA apps are up in a few months.

WH has apps in several states. All those states have a similar app with nice promos, more markers, and better interface. The DC app though is trash. Very limited options, no idea why anyone would use this over the VA version, just 10 min away from arena.

Interface is a huge improvement over gambetdc, but the geolocator often won’t allow bets when within the zone.

Initially it was exciting to see CaesarsSportsbookDC and not wait in line, but it turns out The options are very limited.
The WH DC app does NOT include prop bets, and it says parlays are unavailable.
Among other shortcomings.

Absolutely terrible. Counter intuitive and slow. The actual physical location is more of a joke than CaesarsSportsbookDC. A bunch of random people loitering outside watching sports they didn’t bet on.

They really put out an app that doesn’t work. Only able to type in your login info and that’s it. Can’t log in, can’t place bets, can’t do anything. They say you have to be within a 2 block radius of the arena for it to work. Well I literally stood across the street from the front door of the arena and it STILL doesn’t work. CaesarsSportsbookDC is garbage and nobody that lives in DC or MD should download this. Can’t wait for DraftKings 🙃
