Would rate the app half a star if I could.

The app has been showing me games from days ago for the last few days. Somedays when you wake up, you can’t scroll through all the games in certain sports. It’s extremely hard to see the bet you’ve placed after you place it, and you can really only bet spread or money line. Plus, you’re still unable to withdraw directly from the app after it’s been open for a year. So they force you to constantly go to the casino with their two block limit.

App reliability has diminished considerably since the switch from WH to Caesars. Most vexing is the inability to consistently recognize location, claiming that buetooth isn’t enabled, when in fact it is, and allowing a single bet from one location end then not allowing a second bet from the exact same location. Freezes while making a bet are far far too common. There is no way to register a complaint about app problems. AND the half point parley cards are not available. Come on! Please do better.
Poor version of regular WHdc app

WH has apps in several states. All those states have a similar app with nice promos, more markers, and better interface. The DC app though is trash. Very limited options, no idea why anyone would use this over the VA version, just 10 min away from arena.
