Upon reading the reviews for bet365 I really wasn’t sure I was going to download it but they had an amazing offer for a deposit $10 and get $200 in free bets- I have had nothing but success with bet365 and while I’ve lost a game or two (which is only normal) - the customer service couldn’t be any better and I have found bet365 smooth sailing. I’m honestly thinking the people who have left negative reviews have some type of affiliation with other betting apps - 365 has been smooth sailing and wish you all the luck in your betting

This book is now giving off standoffs to anyone who they consider to “being able to make a living off betting” if you are even positive they now automatically are marking accounts as sharps and giving standoffs out after refusing to take breaks from playing with them. The reviews and complaints about them are real they turned to scamming. As long as there taken newbies money it’s okay but it’s not when your taken from them. I’m not the only one this happened to either recently there getting rid of the nfl and nba sharps before seasons start.

The layout is user friendly and Bet 365 is certainly one of the best options when comes up to options of markets to bet on soccer, however, it’s unbelievable that in the 21th century there is no Face ID available and every time I minimize bet365 to browse other apps, it asks for my log in and I’m tired of it. And many of those times when I back log in and try to place a bet it says I’m not in New Jersey when I actually am all the time. The customer service chat takes forever to answer, average of 2 hours. That’s why DraftKings is ranked the best.

First, you have an absolutely amazing app. Its ease of use, stability, features and selections are beyond anything else offered in NJ. This being said, there is always room for improvement. My suggestions:

1. When one goes to the promotions page, there is no option available to navigate back to the betting section.
2. Any chance of adding an option to place an in app feature allowing one to take a picture of a wager that is larger (or smaller) than a phone screen?
3. You provide scores of active games on the screen of active bets, any chance you could add the final score as well?

1000 percent recommend. Not a paid review none of that. Legit glad they came to New Jersey have seen them everywhere. I love the layout seamless interface. Just a beautiful app quick withdrawals. Runs very smooth. Love how it shows the game cast live. THEY FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS. the reason it was running so badly is because it was a test run. They got everything right. Immediate grading also

bet365 has so many flaws. If you’re using an iPhone and you bring down your notifications bar and scroll back up bet365 signs you out and you have to sign in again. As soon as you leave bet365 to maybe reply a message and come back it’s logs you out and you have to log in again. Fix it please it’s frustrating. At least get the TOUCH ID so when we leave bet365 we can sign back with the the Touch ID. You’re the best sportsbook in the world why should your app be so uncomfortable to use.

I opened an account with this app nine days ago. At first I was very impressed with bet365 . It’s quick, it’s clean, it’s intuitive. I deposited $2000 and went to work betting.

Today I received an email saying that my account was restricted. It didn’t say why. I guess it was because I won a few hundred dollars. But I can now bet no more than five dollars on any line.

This is another shady sports book that is only looking for losing customers with gambling addictions. If you do not fit that description, then move along to the next app.

There are so many great things i can say about this that make it stand out from the rest, unfortunately there are almost equally as many bad things like getting signed out all the time or constantly having bet365 tell me i’m out of the state even tho i haven’t gone anywhere, even worst is how i make edits to my bet slip and bet365 decides to move my money to a 5x parlay on top of the regular parlay so a 10$ bets turns into 60$ stupidest feature ever done with bet365

bet365 incorrectly flagged my location and even after geolocating to where I always bet from in NJ, I was told that I used some location changing program and had my account reviewed. After offering to cooperate and provide whatever details were necessary, I heard nothing for a week and a half before receiving an account suspension email. Disappointing. Too many different sports books out here to be providing poor customer service!

bet365 has its problems and can be a pain to use at times but it has the best odds of any Sportsbook Ive used and the cash out is really quick and sometimes instant.

Best site itself... a little more promotion offered or given through points built etc , would put you with the top line. It’s inevitable

They are ridiculous, I had live bets and for 30 min I could not see my cash out choice.. They blocked my live bets for no reason.. Stay away from this bet company guys they only want to take your money.. When you winning and have the choice to cash out your money they blocking your account.. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

bet365 needs to incorporate basics such as remember me (so I don’t have to type my user name every time) and biometrics for the password.

The layout is just ok. I’m sure there are better options out there and I will he exploring them after this review.

bet365 is trash they don’t give a dam about the customers player can retire at match point they will still void the bet and not even take care of you after you been waiting 3 hours for the match to end not even site credit .

Agree with the top comment ... app closes you out way too fast . Living in fort lee is a hassle at times making bets even on my WiFi b/c it thinks I’m in the city.

I have bet365 few years and past 2 weeks I struggle open it. It doesn’t load up so I just deleted it. Download again and I have to do same security check on website but that not working either…

Placed a parlay builder that won every leg except one where a player didn’t end up playing due to injury. The bet was voided instead of recalculating odds. Terrible way to do business. Customer support is about as rude as can be when asking for explanation. Do not use this site.

Wish I could rate zero stars. bet365 just doesn’t even work. I’m kind of surprised it’s even up on the Apple Store seeing as how it doesn’t even function on even a basic level. It’s completely broken. Don’t waste your time.

I can’t even login in on my account... It says there is something wrong... but on the computer the same information works just fine.

1) bet365 itself isn’t pretty but I can get beyond that
2) Be prepared to submit your social security card and bank statements as part of their normal verification
3) Be ready to deal with Customer Service who are clearly not based in America
4) Much of the terminology is UK betting lingo, not American lingo. ‘Run out’, Trixie’, etc. These are not American betting terms
5) No good withdrawal methods — either bank or this app debit card. No check, no cash at cage, no PayPal, etc.

It’s like they took their UK app, slapped an NJ logo on it, and released it to the market without thinking about the nuances.

bet365 logs you out whenever you’re switching between different apps. Please add touch ID

signs you out constantly even while bet365 is running but you get a notification. Also resets betslips

Download app from 777 Hollywood Blvd, Grantville, PA 17028 Holliwood casino at penn national race course . Received notification for restricted location . How can it be restricted ?? Then after reading all the reviews I doubt it is worth it to deposit the money

Very slow and too many bugs.fix it.

Do you really want people to enter their username and password every time they login? Nowadays that’s like using a 10 year old phone. Completely outdated.
